THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD. No, not quite, but nicely away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our holiday property (house with 2 apartments with separate entrances) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein, directly on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm of land also invite you to campfire, camping and in winter to toboggan on your own toboggan slope. The house is only a vacation property. So it has no permanent tenants. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask you to be considerate of each other.

Car parking on the premises, charging facilities for electric vehicles and bicycle garage are available. Ideal starting point for Harz explorers; as hikers, skiers, bikers, motorists or leisurely with the Harz Narrow Gauge Railways. Distance to train station, supermarket, restaurant about 500 m. It is located directly on the bike and hiking trail to the Goldene Aue. The lake landscape is only a few minutes away by bike. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is very quiet and idyllic. The garden with seating and lounging options may of course be used. You can park your vehicles safely on the property.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on a south-facing slope in the resort town of Ilfeld in the South Harz. The small vacation home is comfortably furnished with rustic wooden furniture. It has a kitchen, an open living area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is also a large terrace, a sunny garden with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The region offers numerous opportunities for excursions and hikes in the Harz and Kyffhäuser.

Villa Meier is located directly on the Karst hiking trail. It leads in close proximity past the Röseteich, one of the approx. 50 "monastery ponds". Nevertheless, the center of Walkenried is within walking distance. Upstairs of Villa Meier is the almost 120 sqm apartment.
