The combined bedroom and kitchen-living room with flat screen TV is spacious and offers everything for a relaxing vacation for up to two people. The double bed is made of soothing and health-promoting Swiss pine wood and ensures a relaxing sleep. The fully equipped kitchen allows cooking at the highest level. The dining area offers wonderful views of the Stablalm - the balcony of the Lechtals. The bathroom offers a large shower, washbasin, vanity mirror and toilet.

Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.
