The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, canoe, rowboat, stand-up paddle as well as a ping pong table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. From the jetty or boat you can fish or swim. Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. The accommodation is about 40 sqm. They have a separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

Modern, quiet apartment on 2 floors with sea view – terrace, garden, balcony and living room with evening sun and view of the Baltic Sea towards Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn. 300 meters to the Baltic Sea with a secluded stone beach – suitable for swimming, bathing beach in the village of Nienhagen 15 minutes by bike or 5 minutes by car. Several shopping opportunities in Elmenhorst and Nienhagen – 5 minutes by car. The Ostseepark shopping center with IKEA can be reached in 15 minutes.

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.

The large manor house is a real rarity on the Baltic Sea coast: the living and sleeping rooms, a large country house kitchen and an exclusive wellness area with its own sauna and quiet area extend over 450 square meters over three floors. A panoramic terrace surrounds the house to the south-west, overlooking the estate park. Each of the five bedrooms has a seating area with TV, a private bathroom and a dressing room.
