Very communicative, easy to find, nice neighborhood close to subways and stores

Really great spot for someone rolling solo who just needs a great place to crash in the evening. Rory was great, and she made everything very clear and easy. The room was very cozy, and honestly a lot nicer than I thought it would be. Great stay.

Clean apartment with ample ability to cook and entertain. Quiet area and easy to get around

Junior's place was exactly as described. The great advantage of this place was that my flatmates were two dogs and two cats! All four of them were very quiet and very cuddly. Anyone who is coming to Brooklyn and loves animals should stay in this flat.

I feel so lucky to find Andrew/Adriana’s for my stay in Brooklyn! Hosts are very responsive and I really loved the room. It is spacious, cozy and even more well decorated than pictures. Many things that guests (might) need are there and you’d notice right away how experienced and considerate the hosts are! Adriana is so knowledgeable about the neighborhood and I wish I had more time to explore options in the guidebook. It is not right next to tourist places but I loved the chance to look around the neighborhood and there are a lot of good places in walkable distance. And if you are using public transportation, it is so close from station and easy to find! If you have too many late night schedules, then it might not be the best place as the neighborhood is pretty quite but for that reason it was the best place to take quiet rest when you come back from schedule. Fantastic place with excellent public transport connections! I took the train from Boston to New York and stayed for one night to see a Broadway show. I really appreciated the smooth connection between midtown Manhattan and the apartment, which is just a 1-minute walk from the C train station. The apartment was super clean and quiet, with tidy bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a lovely backyard. I found everything I needed. Trey and Tammie were proactive, friendly, and very helpful in their communication. And the price is unbeatable! I’d absolutely stay here again on my next visit to NY.

Willie was absolutely fantastic host!! I can't recommend him enough. Super helpful, he was there whenever we needed anything & provided helpful local recommendations. Location is amazing, with 15 mins direct subway to Times Square, the surrounding area is filled with good restaurants, as well as safe. I have zero things to complain about & only hope that his place will be available for us next time we decide to visit NYC!

Our stay was great. Kamroom was very communicative & easy to reach out to when necessary. The air conditioning was nice & cool for our warm June days & the location has a lot of restaurants & things to do nearby. It was easy to find from the check in instructions & I felt very safe in this location.

Great place but probably not the best if your 5’10 or taller

Jamal and Dacia’s place was amazing. It’s in a perfect location, just a few minutes stroll from the A and C lines and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and even a brownstone jazz club. Their place was immaculately clean with thoughtful little touches. Both hosts were great, and Dacia in particular was a joy to interact with. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and will plan on staying again the next time we are in Brooklyn.

We had a comfortable stay at Alex's place for 2 nights . The staircase is steep with 13 steps in case you are accompanied by elders . There's no Washing machine , dryyer , dishwasher , weighing scale to weigh luggage if you are headed to Airport All this is mentioned in the instructions Thanks Alex

India’s place is charming, clean, and in a great location. It was a great home base for our visit to NYC. India is kind and communicative, making for an easy bnb rental experience. I highly recommend!

This place is hands down, one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. The unit is ground level however it is very quiet and you feel very safe. Everything was spotless and you can tell that Elgha takes great care of her property. Elgha is extremely responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back.

A very cute home! It’s just like home and so cozy. Extremely clean. And OMG we love the shower lol. It’s not too far from the city. We went to the Governs Ball which we definitely recommend!! Really close to the subways and other transportation. Hosts were very friendly and responsive!

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Locale, layout, spotless. Couldn't get enough of both the daytime and nighttime views. Steven was an excellent host. Communicative, answered my myriad of questions, provided recommendations for a great nearby grocery and wine store that we frequented several times. Easy to get a taxi and a short walk to the subway. Started to feel like a local after just a day or so! This will for sure be our go-to place next time we visit NYC.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

Reynold's place is exactly what we were looking for given the itinerary my group had planned. It definitely had a taste of the residential community feel, and the property/amenities all complimented our stay and requirements. Felt very safe, peaceful and just at home -- yet a few minutes away from local deli shops and groceries. Plus Reynold keeps the place very well kept and stocked. Highly recommended for people with multiple days staying in the area. 👌

Wonderful place,enjoyed my stay

My sister and I had a short overnight stay and we absolutely loved it! It’s such a cute place. It was just as described and perfect for the night. The host was very quick and responsive to our inquiries. The building is very easy to find and we felt safe with security in the building. The neighborhood is nice. The day of check out we walked around and ate at a local restaurants. We definitely will be back and recommend!

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
