The Old Farmhouse was one of the best equipped Airbnbs that we have ever stayed in. We particularly loved the hot tub and the four ponies/donkeys. Although you can walk around the fields surrounding the house, you have to drive to Finchingfield for food and drink etc. We had a Sainsbury’s supermarket delivery which worked well.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay. A very relaxing cottage with lots of things to do around. Perfect for a relaxing weekend where you don’t need to leave the place. The cottage was beautiful and incredibly clean. We will definitely return.

Loved the accommodation there is a big step from the veranda so be careful it was so nice to get in from a busy day sightseeing and jump in the hot tub.

A fabulous, well equipped home with a great view and visiting wildlife - pheasants, hares and swallows. Easy walking distance to Suffolk Barn for our family wedding and short drive to Bury St Edmunds. Very comfortable beds, fluffy towels and calming colour scheme. Extremely well equipped kitchen and generous welcome provisions made it easy to feel straight at home. We would love to come back to explore the local area and spend more time taking in the view and relaxing in the tub. Thank you to our hosts who were so accommodating and welcoming.

We went for our friend’s birthday and had a wonderful time. The hot tub and Sauna was just lovely and very relaxing. Lovely cottage perfect for 4 people. The host was very responsive and recommended a fabulous restaurant nearby. I would advise to come to Diss by car as the cab service was not great so had difficulty getting about. You have to book cabs in advance. Overall it was Great weekend

This was our second time in Lavenham and our second stay at Esther’s. The house is easy to find (parking outside the front door if available) and get access to. The house is clean, well furnished and had most, if not all of everything extra we wanted. Over the weekend that included a BBQ, fan, clothes horse and some biscuits! Esther is very responsive and accommodating, a great host.

We wish we could keep this place to ourselves, The best kept cleanest property we have stayed in for a very long time. Sue and Richard are very responsive and the Cake! Yes Cake! Sue baked was terrific. The surroundings were perfect for us, Fields to the front across the lane and open fields to the back. Pub is about a ten minute walk down the lane (it serves brilliant food) you can also walk through the field via a path which is nice on a beautiful day. The neighbours are very friendly and Hector the dog was brilliant. I seriously have nothing bad to say about Sue and Richards place except we had to leave...at the end of our stay. Yes this is a cottage that we will return to if not buy

We had a short but very pleasant break at Buttercup Cottage. The bed is super comfy and the house has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. The stairs are pretty steep but there are very well placed handles and motion sensor night lights, so that you don't take a tumble in the night on the way to the loo. Very considerate. A lovely characterful property.

A stunningly beautiful place!! Everything from inside to outside was just absolutely beautiful! Inside is decorated so lovely but we also felt right at home, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a little break! Location is great to explore other parts of Suffolk or equally just as beautiful to stay at the cottage and not venture far! The grounds are lovely to walk around as well as sitting out on the decking by the water which we loved!! Jacqui is a really friendly host, as well as everyone else we met, alongside her beautiful dogs! We felt incredibly safe as sometimes I feel uneasy staying in new places, and I slept so well! Thank you so much Jacqui, really looking forward to visiting your beautiful place again! Xx

A very enjoyable stay indeed. The accommodation provided everything we needed and our host was always responsive. The bed linen was soft and the beds very comfortable indeed. We should be happy to recommend Constable Court to future guests.

Very beautiful place very different quirky place to stay. Wounderful walking paths we walked our dog for a few hours seeing the nature as we went by Lots to see and do visited Jimmys farm lovey place to go with kids.

My third stay in this beautiful barn and once again everything was perfect. The large totally secure garden space is such a bonus for the dogs. Jonathan always communicates promptly and is very helpful. I saw a little owl in the garden this time which was the icing on the cake. I totally recommend this peaceful place surrounded by glorious farmland.

We were visiting relations who live within walking distance so the location was perfect for us. We particularly liked the tranquility - just sitting in the garden was wonderful. All the fixtures and fittings were of a good quality although we did not use much as we ate out and only cooked one slice of toast! Two tiny requests 1. A hand towel in the kitchen would be useful - didn't actually matter to us as there are only two of us and there were 4 sets of towels in the property and 2. it would be great of the contents of the excellent welcome pack were included in the website and the welcoming email so that we could have avoided a little waste

Exactly as described, the only thing if i was going to be hyper critical was that if you have a large car, the car parking space is quite tight, but that probably says more about my driving than anything else🤣

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect: close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I especially appreciated the little thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel extra welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Sarah and Scott are wonderful hosts. They are friendly and welcoming yet valued our privacy. The independent suite was super clean and cozy, and had everything we needed. The property itself is in a rural area, which we appreciated for its peacefulness, but it does require a car.

Karen is a lovely and highly professional host. Her place is a fantastic escape into a very quiet and peaceful location, we absolutely loved it. Also her home made jams and farm eggs are simply delicious. An enormous amount of information provided in files helped us make the most of our stay and explore the area. Don't hesitate to book Karen's place, I am sure you will enjoy it as much as we did.

We had a lovely time at Little Blue Cottage. It’s located in a very nice village with great amenities. Close by to some lovely walking trails and the water. It was a great place to stay for a couple of nights with everything you need within walking distance. Lauren is a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

A very cozy little cottage, in an excellent location. The hosts have thought of everything needeed and used the space extremely well. We felt very comfortable there and would come again. We loved the fact that it had bascis, like teabags, sugar, milk, oil and some washing up liquide, which is super, if you are only staying for a long weekend as we did and are travelling from abroad (with no option to take such things home).

I had a wonderful stay at this charming countryside Airbnb with my two friends. The cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. Waking up to birdsong and stunning views was amazing! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great local tips. If you're looking to unwind and enjoy nature, this place is a hidden gem!
