Gelijk ernaast (aan de overkant van de doodlopende wijkweg) ligt het omheinde grote gezamenlijke zwembad met apart kinderbad. De woning ligt centraal in een rustige woonwijk kijkend op het dorp Benitachell. Zandstranden liggen in de buurt op ca. 15 minuten rijden (Moraira en Jávea). Ook zijn er dichtbij kindvriendelijke en goede restaurants. De supermarkt Mas y Mas is makkelijk bereikbaar op 2 minuten rijden.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The location is so beautiful. Just steps away to the beach. Waking up to the sounds of the waves every morning was amazing. The space was well appointed, we had everything we needed. Chema was super responsive and really helpful. Overall, a magical place if you just want to get away from it all!

Philip is an amiable host who made us feel welcome in his wonderful house. It is nicely decorated and well equipped and has a tremendous view from the terrace. Everything was perfectly clean and the caretakers made a really good job. It is possible to park one big or two smaller cars on the porch. And you may park beside the street below the house. We really enjoyed our stay and various activities!

Heel fijn appartement voor twee personen. Zeker het bijbehorende zwembad is een groot pluspunt. Wel rekening mee houden dat je op een berg zit en je bijna alles met de auto moet doen. We hebben genoten.

A wonderful stay at Cumbre Del Sol! Right from the beginning Alfredo was responsive and helpful with recommending places to go. The apartment is clean, well decorated, with a grill for outdoor cooking. The area is a quiet residential complex with 3 pools and a small play park. At times we had the pool to ourselves, usually another couple of a few families. Both pools are only a short walk from the apartment. The surroundings are beautiful and the view from the apartment is stunning. You will need a car to get around but the nearest grocery store is only about 5 or 10 minutes by car. The area is popular with expats as there is a large international school in Benitachell. There is a decent coffee shop a short drive away near the school. We visited Beniasia restaurant which was fantastic. Close by there is Cala Lleibeg, a stony beach, which was beautiful. A short drive is Cala Moraig, a busier beach but with life guards and perfect conditions for sea swimming! Thank you Alfredo!
