Beautiful and lightful apartment only 300m away from the stunning beach of Guardamar. Includes a double bed, 2 single beds, a foldable bed and a sleeping couch. Living room with open kitchen. One bathroom. And a perfect terrace for a nice dinner. Fully equipped apartment. With washing machine. The building has an elevator and access for the disable. Well connected by bus and only 50m away from the supermarket, the park, and shops and bars but at the same time in a very chill and quite area.

Villa ME is located in Rojales there is a mistake in the address on the Airbnb location , gate number is 16( not 7) and we cannot correct it at the moment , in the area of Alicante , a short car distance from the sea overlooking the beautiful lake view from the terrace. Villa is brand new, very spacious. Three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. nice pool , sub beds and terrace furniture to enjoy your holidays. We had a wonderful stay in the apartment which is well located next to the beach and local amenities. We particularly enjoyed our walks , through the local park and to the harbour . The parking space is a real bonus , it’s convenient and keeps the car cool

It is a gorgeous, secure apartment, in a quiet residential area. The apartment had absolutely everything that we needed in it for our short trip away. It also has a fabulous pool. We didn't hire a car and the town is approximately a 40 minute walk, or a short taxi ride away which cost between 8 and 10 euros. There is also a bus stop just along the street. When we did have any questions we received very fast replies. We hope to visit again!

We were on vacation in two families with two 6-year-olds and it was a perfect vacation. The house has direct access to the fine sandy beach with shallow sea. Direct access to the beach is priceless, and the sea view patio has the part where the table is mostly shaded for fresh lunches and dinners. The kitchen is spacious and equipped. Hector and Carlos are super helpful and kind.
