The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

The modern wooden house, clad with natural slate, stands on a historic vaulted cellar. The open living-dining area is equipped with a "kitchen workbench," dining table and 2-seater sofa. Bathroom with shower and toilet and an outdoor shower in the romantic courtyard. The sleeping area on the upper floor can be reached via a steep staircase (see picture).

Quiet and central location, approx. 10 minutes from the train station, approx. 15 minutes from the banks of the Rhine. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, has 2 bedrooms with TV (double bed & 3 single beds), living/dining room with TV (sofa bed), fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, WAMA), bathroom with shower and toilet. Terrace with south orientation. One pet is allowed. All rooms with smoke detectors. Smoking in the building is prohibited. Towels and linen included.

Cottage in beautiful Hattenheim

The cottage (about 70 square meters) is a converted barn and is listed as a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and only a 5-minute walk to the Rhine. Basically, it is only suitable for 2 people. The cottage is fully equipped with a washing machine/dryer, soda streamer, internet-enabled TV, Wi-Fi, lounge furniture on the terrace and many extras. Pets are welcome :-) I have hardly any reviews because the cottage was permanently rented.
