Welcome to a quiet and family-friendly place in the middle of the city. The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 5 adults. Here you have a short distance to most places, access to the garden, free parking and charging point for electric car. The house is from 1895, and much of the original is preserved. With good beds and a large kitchen with dining area, we hope that guests will have a pleasant stay in a place a little out of the ordinary. The apartment has no separate living room, but a small seating area in front of the wood stove in the kitchen.

Here, it is quiet and peaceful even though the apartment is centrally located. There is free parking right by the apartment. Here, the beds are ready-made, and all the amenities that should be in a fully furnished apartment are provided. Here, you can enjoy true relaxation and a good night's sleep. There is an outdoor area that is great if you like to sit outside in the sun.

Glomma is known for good fishing, so bring your rod and try your luck right outside the door.

It is a 7-minute walk to the hospital and a 10-minute walk to the city center and shopping center. It is a 20-minute walk from the train/bus station, and about a 25-minute walk to the Terningen college center. It is quiet and peaceful, and there is free parking. A large, nice balcony with outdoor seating areas. Walking nearby is nice. A walk around the museums, over the old bridge, and back is a popular route.

The summer barn at Hovelsrud, Helgøya

The old summer barn of Hovelsrud Gård is idyllically located between Mjøsa and a rolling grain field – a simple and unique place for those who want to get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of Helgøya. The house is best suited for a couple or a small family with up to two children. Inside there is a bedroom and an open living room. Outside there is a kitchen counter, with a gas burner and barbecue, a small beach with swimming opportunities and an outdoor toilet. There is no electricity.

There is a sofa bed in the living room. 200 meters to the river with nice hiking opportunities. If you are a student, it is about 30 min. to walk to Terningen Arena. To the Ski Station/Railway Station it is about 20 min.

The cabin originates from the manual forestry industry occurring on the property in the past.
