Charming house in the city center

Welcome to a quiet and family-friendly place in the middle of the city. The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 5 adults. Here you have a short distance to most places, access to the garden, free parking and charging point for electric car. The house is from 1895, and much of the original is preserved. With good beds and a large kitchen with dining area, we hope that guests will have a pleasant stay in a place a little out of the ordinary. The apartment has no separate living room, but a small seating area in front of the wood stove in the kitchen.

Hytta byr på en autentisk, lun atmosfære med enkel komfort. Uteområdet er perfekt for morgenkaffen i frisk luft, eller for hyggelige kvelder rundt grillen med utsikt over elva. Glomma er kjent for godt fiske, så ta med stanga og prøv lykken rett utenfor døra.

Velkommen til en fin leilighet som ligger sentralt i Elverum. Det er 10 minutters gange til høgskolen og til sentrum. Kommer du/dere med buss eller tog er det kun 7 minutter å gå. Her er det stille og rolig selv om leiligheten ligger sentralt. Det er gratis parkering rett ved leiligheten. Her er det ferdig oppredde senger og alt tilbehør som skal være i en ferdig møblert leilighet. Her er mulighet for god avslapping og god søvn. Det er uteplass som passer fint hvis man liker å sitte ute i sola

Family bunk bed in the bedroom with room for 3. Can borrow an inflatable mattress that can be placed in the living room. There is a sofa bed in the living room. 200 meters to the river with nice hiking opportunities. If you are a student, it is about 30 min. to walk to Terningen Arena. To the Ski Station/Railway Station it is about 20 min.

Det er 7 minutters gange til sykehuset, 10 minutter til sentrum og kjøpesenter. Det er 20 minutters gange fra tog/buss stasjonen, og ca 25 min gange til høyskoleseentret Terningen. Det er stille og rolig, og gratis parkering. En stor fin balkong med uteplasser. Det er fint å gå tur i nærheten. Gåtur rundt museene og over gamlebrua og tilbake er en populær tur.
