The whole garden is fenced if you want to bring your four-legged family member. When you come here, we want you to have a good time. For those who really want to experience the best Helgøya has to offer. Villa Leonore is a summer house built for tramway director Dybwad's wife Leonore in 1915. A nice garden leads down to a private beach by Mjøsa. Beautiful perennial bed and a separate kitchen garden to supply yourself with. You can relax on the porch with a good book, and make delicious local and organic food, with the farm's and the area's own products. There are great hiking opportunities on Helgøya, for walking, running and cycling.

The second floor consist of a big room with the possibility to house many people. It is also a second restroom in this floor. Outside is a lovely garden, and during winter you could put on your cross-country skis and start skiing from the house. Elverum city is just a short 20 min. drive from the house.
