Soak up the sun on the huge deck located on Lake Sutherland. We get more sunshine on our deck than about 99% of lake! The way the sun sets leaves most of the lake in the shade...except for our deck! We get sunshine into the evenings! This is a duplex and the other side is also an Airbnb, so if you have more people coming, checkout the other listing and rent them both. The home is located 5 minutes from downtown shops and within 30 minutes of endless outdoors destinations. From the front porch, take in views of both the mountain and the sea. Please be aware there is a full-time tenant on the back lot, but separated from the rental with a fully fenced backyard & patio space.
