Front-line 1 bedroom Apartment with Panoramic Marina Views. Walking distance to town, bars & restaurants, sea & promenade, train station. This is my home that I use when visiting family in the North East. It is on the 2nd floor of a waterfront building. There is no lift. Reserved parking space is available for 1 car, plus additional free visitor parking on a 1st come basis. All bedding and soft furnishing are high quality, natural materials (pure cotton / wool) and anti-allergy where possible.

Access to all of Parkdean Resorts facilities including restaurant, clubhouse, and swimming pool by purchasing a pass from reception. This stylish Edwardian terraced house is perfect for couples or a family. On the edge of Durham Heritage Coastline & Castle Eden Dene Nature Reserve. 8 mins walk to beaches & cliffs. On a clear day views as far as Blyth & Whitby. The sandy beach has wonderful rock formations & an abundance of sea glass after a high tide. Regular sightings of seal, dolphin, deer and rare birds. Also the beach is the location of the final scenes of Get Carter with Michael Caine & Britt Ekland (1970).

Well equipped studio. Plenty of space for 3 to relax after a day of sightseeing. Unwind in the spacious walk in shower. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden or the large patio ( with or without the goats!). Perhaps even a BBQ ( gas BBQ available on request). Pop over the village green to the pub. Cosy down and prepare for your next adventure watching satellite T.V. Cook a light meal or order a take away. Very peaceful location and very comfortable accommodation.

This is my home in Hartlepool when visitng friends and family back in the North East. Ideally placed for the shops, restaurants, bars, marina, cinema and the seafront. Even the railway station is only a 6 minute walk. Seaton Carew is a 20 minute walk along the promenade.
