Sie ist bequem auch mit dem vorhandenen Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein großer lichtdurchfluteter Raum mit einem gemütlichen Wohnbereich und einer Küche mit Sitzecke. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein separater Raum. Zum Anger oder Domplatz sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

Sunny apartment in the Brussels suburb, quiet and green location in the immediate vicinity of the Luisenpark and the charming old town. The Cathedral Square is just a 10-minute walk away. Also in the neighborhood are the EGA (horticultural exhibition), the theater and the exhibition and congress center Erfurt. They have a bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm and a cot size 60x120 cm. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.
