It’s a gorgeous and spacious house, with many amenities and a nice scenery for a great price (especially when splitting with others). Very secluded, clean and comfortable, 100% recommend booking for large groups!

Great location on the lake near Giant’s Ridge. Amazing amenities with games, kayaks, bbq, decks and lots of space. Perfect for our family getaway weekend. Clean and comfortable. Dog friendly is a big plus!

We had an awesome time. Beautiful views everywhere. Perfect for us and our family with grandkids. Swimming, jacuzzi, boat dock, a.c. and comforts, kayaks and floats for kids was super nice!!! Loved the outside deck for grilling and eating and relaxing. This place is well equipped. Great job Chad and crew! Kitchen was so well stocked that we didn't need to bring half as much as we did for spices and kitchen amenities. We loved our time and was sad it was over so soon. Close to town made it really nice. Added awesomeness was that we also had great weather! Garage was really convenient to reload and pack our boat on last day when raining. Can't think of a thing we didn't love.

Cedar Lake is stunning. Great views from both cabins which made relaxing on the porches perfect. Fishing was good & other wildlife was abundant. We enjoyed using the canoe, paddle boards, & paddle boat. David is a responsive communicator & was quick to help us with the water glitch in the seasonal cabin. We enjoyed our stay. (To future Airbnb renters: The second cabin is indeed seasonal so keep in mind seasonal cabins come w/ glitches. With that being said, the little cabin was exactly what I personally was looking for.)

We had a couple of issues at check in and Jason went above and beyond to get everything just right for us. My family had a fantastic stay and are already talking about coming back next year.

Our stay at Crane Lake was great! Everything was as described. Mike and Angie were amazing hosts. The garage space was so great for our kids and they loved hanging out there. The dock space was amazing and lots of good fishing right off the dock. The paddle boat was a big hit with my kiddos. We would definitely come back again!

This is a lovely cabin, a few feet from the lakeshore and set in a peaceful woodland. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to relax, would love to stay again.

Pierre was amazing and super accommodating to our needs. The space was beautiful and nicely updated, but still kept a detached, woodsy charm. Bugs can be a bit annoying, so I’d recommend a screened tent for outdoors, and bring a table for outdoors or see if you can request one! but it really didn’t matter because the space inside was so charming and cozy and well screened. We had our dog with us and it felt very safe and cozy for him too. 45 minutes from international wolf center and 45 minutes the other way to the state parks along Lake Superior. Beautiful drives! Pierre is super responsive and on the grounds where the cabins are so it was easy to get a hold of him. The least hassle for cleanup we’ve ever had!!

If willing to make the drive away from all signs of civilization, whether it be for golfing, skiing, camping, roadtripping or otherwise, Jody’s place will always come out on top. The Bear Den Lodge exceeded all expectations, and had so many fun touches throughout the place in addition to its reliable amenities. My party made use of most offerings such as the screened hut, sauna, grill, large backyard, game room, washer/dryer, and the fancy bath tub! There were hardly any issues, the place was pristinely prepared, welcoming to guests and bears (only fake ones), and secluded. The only problem that occurred was a fire alarm being set off by the grilling we did. Due to the location of the grill, it may be more susceptible to triggering the fire alarm. To combat this, we opened a few windows in the front of the house (away from the grill), and turned on all fans and air control units (which were excellently reliable). In short, tremendous place, and I would certainly revisit!

We had a great stay and the place was tremendous. We would like to come back when the weather is nicer so we can use the outdoor spaces and amenities.

Nothing but amazing. Plenty of sheets, towels, etc. Pots and pans along with solverware, and cooking utensils were in great shape. Bonus was the wood stove. Plan to come back again!

This was exactly what was presented in the listing and exactly what our little family needed. The cabin was clean, furnished wonderfully, and right on the lake with a great view. We went up to spend time not only on the lake but also in near by cities and the location was perfect. We were able to make a day trip to Ely and visit the International Wolf Center and the North American Bear Center one day and another day visited Bear Head State Park and Sudan Underground Mine. Lynn and Asad were extremely welcoming and helpful. We were able to spend 5-7 hours swimming on the beach at the lake and used the vintage paddle boat, and kayak. It was an all around great experience and my 13 year old daughter already has asked to make this trip a tradition each year. Highly recommend.

We loved the Three Lakes Cabin! It had all the amenities listed and more. It was very cozy and warm, the way a cabin should be, with super comfy beds you’ll never want to leave. It’s also close to many beautiful lakes for some fishing or just touring around. Communication was wonderful and the hosts were very dedicated to making sure our stay was perfect. We’re already planning our next stay!

Had a great fall tour weekend visiting Ely. We’ve always enjoyed Ely and this weekend was no different. The cabin was spotless, the beds were very comfy & the kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the Moose Cabin was beautiful, when we come back to Ely, we’ll stay here. Thanks so much!

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. It is truly a fun and private location - perfect for a long weekend away.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's lakeside retreat. The photos represented it well and we were especially pleased with the detailed directions for the route off the highway. The fireplace was a treat. Our only struggle was remembering which switches controlled which lights… even though many of them were labeled, we still had to guess/remember several times. The heaters in each room were effective and the kitchen was well-stocked. We certainly recommend Michael's North Bay Getaway.

Awesome cabin on a beautiful lake! The cabin is in a quiet location with great lakeside amenities. The cabin is beautifully decorated and is very well stocked. Heidi and Paul are great hosts with a quick response time to any questions. I would highly recommend this cabin!

Amazing space. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Tons of amazing adventures and hikes close by. Super relaxing, remote, would love to come back! You can tell the owners really cared about this space it is absolutely beautifully done down to the little details.
