Lovingly renovated Black Forest house from 1831

The typical Black Forest house from 1831 was lovingly renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, which is accessible, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The large living/cooking/dining area with its clay-plastered walls and solid wood fixtures is at the center of the house. In the historic attic there is a large and two small bedrooms. There is also a cozy bathroom in the attic. A stream ripples past in front of the playground in the garden. Tourist tax not included!

Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Stadt mit Nähe zum angrenzenden Wald der zu gemütlichen Spaziergängen einlädt. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt als Ausgangspunkt um für Wanderungen, Mountainbike Touren oder um das Nahe gelegene Kinzigtal, Freiburg und den Schwarzwald zu erkunden. Im Zentrum gibt verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie verschiedene, heimische Gaststätten. Ein öffentlicher Kinderspielplatz befindet sich in direkter Nachbarschaft.

This small house, with a magnificent view stretching all the way to the Vosges Mountains in France, is located on the outskirts of Herbolzheim in the foothills of the Black Forest. Europa-Park and Rulantica are just 10 minutes away. The Black Forest, Freiburg, Strasbourg, and many more are great destinations from here. A tourist tax will be levied in Herbolzheim starting January 1, 2026. Guests will receive a Konus card upon request.
