We had a lovely stay. The apartment is in a beautiful, historic neighborhood, that is a joy to walk. It has interesting history that Max shared when he greeted us upon arrival. We are thankful for the clear directions and Max greeting us on arrival. He was also extremely responsive when we arrived 30 min earlier than expected. So much to do in Florence that a two day stay wasn’t enough time. We hope to be back.

I was really happy with our decision to stay here. When our flight was delayed 6 hrs and we ended up arriving close to midnight, we were greeted by the co-host (above and beyond!) who showed us into the apartment and quickly explained everything. The space was as described and so nice to have three bedrooms for our family (parents and college age). There were thoughtful amenities including wine, coffee, juice and most important for the 90+ degree days - water. The location was wonderful too, close to restaurants and shops but not the busiest part of the city. The co-host also kindly offered to arrange a taxi for our departure and all went to plan. I appreciate Eugenio and his co-host for the warmth and care they showed during our visit. I hope to be able to stay there on another trip to Florence someday.

Great location, easy to walk off the train and right across the street to the residence. The building was quiet and you’d never know it was close to the train station. Safe entry, walking distance to everything in Florence, and was grateful that Emmanuela met us at the property and gave us instructions on how to enter the building and how to use the amenities in the house. Rosalba's home was absolutely perfect! Exactly as described in an area where transport was very easily accessed making it perfect for going into the city to explore. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and the total blackout from the window blinds was such a bonus on the bright sunny mornings. The air conditioning was essential and fantastic that it was in both rooms . Great communication and extremely helpful and understanding. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home and we do good we can come back again soon x

Alessandro was a great host. Really friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. Also there was a really cute dog, that gave kisses every morning! The area is cute, quiet and local, and we were within walking distance from the wedding, we were going to. The price is really good for everything that you get from this place! Thank you for having us ❤️

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Loved the house. Huge, very Tuscan and with private car access. A 20. Highly recommended! Ahhh! And the baby's crib had a loving linen

The stay was great. We had booked 2 hours in advance and were allowed in quite spontaneously. She immediately gave us tips for the area and welcomed us in a friendly way.

House near the center and the sea with a nice convenient parking adjacent to the house, equipped, comfortable and clean. Francesca was always quick and helpful in communication, and also provided us with useful advice. Great value for money. Highly recommended!!!

The apartment is only a 3-minute walk from the train station, and it takes only 5 minutes to go to SMN train station, with many trains.The apartment is very tidy, no noise at night, Patrizia is really a very kind host, warmly welcomed me, and recommended me a lot of places, I will choose to stay here next time I come to Florence!

This fantastic apartment is conveniently located just a stone's throw from the train station, making it easy to get around. It's also within walking distance of the main attractions. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and helpful, truly enhancing our overall experience during the stay.

Martina was so kind and helpful, she even gave us a brief tour of the apartment upon check in. She ensured we knew where everything was located and she has a binder of any information needed. We enjoyed the seating area in front for breakfast and coffee. We loved how close the apartment is from the train station so we could walk to and from to save us time and some money. The location is very walkable to many restaurants, shops and sights. We loved that there is a grocery store near by and also a "sight seeing bus" stop around the corner. We found the bedding comfortable and the apartment felt safe. Everything is very nice and ready for guests who may decide to have a meal in vs going out too.

We stayed two nights to visit Bologna. The apartment is excellent for that matter because it is close to the city center and you can easily do everything by foot. We had a really lovely stay, the apartment was well-equipped and had everything you might need. Highlights of our trip were the recommendations by our host Caterina, she really made our day by giving very good tips on restaurants. From the beginning, she made us feel really welcome and is definitely among the best host we’ve ever had. We really had a great time there!

We loved our stay here! The beds were really comfy, very cozy and calm interior. With lots of cool vintage pieces all over the house to look at. The apartment was super close to the city, took us maybe 20 minutes max to get to and from most of our desired locations. And Adriana was so sweet, she even left some little treats in the house for us. I saw some complaints of noise, but Florence is a city like any other, it has night life. For us being from NY this wasn’t a bother at all. It was still a relatively quiet street and still close to downtown. We slept great every night we were there :)

Carla was a excellent host, very responsive with excellent recommendations. We felt safe with easy access to everything. The apartment had everything we wanted: out door space, AC, washer and fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the evenings at the apartment. i would highly recommend. We had a fabulous time!

Lorenzo was the kindest and sweetest host and this apartment is in the most perfect location to explore Florence. The entire place is absolutely beautiful and the bathrooms are modern and well appointed and the kitchen is perfectly stocked with anything you need including coffee :) Lorenzo went way out of his way to greet us and make sure we weee well taken care of from start to finish . Highly recommend!!!
