We stayed at Villa Fedora on Easter weekend and it was a wonderful experience. Mrs. Germana, her husband and their dog welcomed us with great warmth and hospitality: the apartment is very clean, small but comfortable, well heated and immersed in a beautiful flowering garden while being in an extremely central location in the village. Our dog was greeted with open arms by both humans and the sweet Penny, and she was able to roam everywhere without a leash, as if we were at home. We also particularly liked the tips on hiking trails and the terrace - solarium. Experience without a doubt to repeat!

Nice place in a quiet location. Clean, well maintained complex with parking. The operators of the small gastronomy business on the premises are really very nice and tangible at all times in case you need anything. We felt comfortable right away!

Barbara was a kind and friendly host who came personally to show us the apartment. It was clean and spacious and had a little cot set up for our fifth person. The rooms had dysons fans for the heat and the balcony views were beautiful.

Family week with a 10-month-old baby. Apartment on the second floor in a very central position,a cross street of Viale Ceccarini, despite this we had no problems in the rest bands. Great spaces and very comfortable for the child. We were provided with a crib and high chair. Very satisfied!

This place is Bologna gold! We have been traveling for almost a month with a little one and this home was impeccable, huge space, amazing view of the towers, location location location! Oh and did I mention very comfortable bed, washer/dryer, and brand new kitchen. Honestly, it was the best airbnb we have stayed in a long time.

Can't say enough about how much our family of 5 adults loved this place. The place was very charming, plenty of comfortable furniture, the bedrooms were private and comfortable. It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station, through the Duomo area which is beautiful. The area around the airbnb was full of restaurants, shops, fruit stands, cafes, anything you needed was close by. It was so nice to walk to David's cafe and have a coffee and pastry each morning! We ate at the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious. They also have pasta making classes that you can see happening right outside the upstairs window.We enjoyed this place thoroughly! The downstairs has 2 large bedrooms with king beds. There is a little study/single bedroom off one of the larger bedrooms separated by glass doors. The room with twin beds is upstairs with the kitchen and bathroom. Hosts were great! You will not be disappointed!

The apartment was so beautiful, a journey back in time. Location is great, a short walk from all we wanted to see in Florence. check-in / check-out was flexible and easy. It was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with all things we needed for a great stay.

This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence. The hosts put so many nice and hospitable touches for their guests. Robes, bathroom amenities, coffees and treats. They also offer purified water. The apartment is serviced so we came back to a clean and refreshed apartment after a long day walking around. And in the mornings a voucher is included for breakfast at a cafe around the corner. Highly recommend this place. Note you do need to be ok with about 3 flights of stairs. Great exercise after gelato!

Beautiful place in a great location right at the edge of the city. We’ll definitely come again!

Having arrived early in the morning from Rome, we were allowed to store our luggage and met our host, Saiful, for a comprehensive introduction to the property. He was friendly, helpful, always available and talked us through all the amenities at the apartment. The apartment itself was tidy, clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine/dryer. The location was perfect, with a leather market downstairs, and a very short walk to the beautiful cathedral in Florence. There were supermarkets in close proximity as well as some great restaurants. We had a very memorable stay in Florence, and the apartment was an absolute bonus! At checkout, we dropped our rubbish in the nearby bins and walked to the train station with our luggage to catch our train to Venice!

A lovely flat and well equipped. Quiet and spacious. We walked to a lovely restaurant not too far away. Host very responsive.
