My place is good for couples, sole adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). On ground floor you will find bedroom, living room with a couch that transforms into a bed, a bathroom and kitchen with all equipment needed. Another bedroom with a private bathroom is situated in semi basement. You'd have anything you need for a comfortable stay, just bring your pigiama.
