The house is very nice and large, the cleanliness is very good, the temperature in the pool and jacuzzi is always excellent, the sound system that it has allows you to enjoy yourself a lot and have fun because it also has karaoke. The host was always attentive and was very attentive upon arrival, he explained the important things to us in detail. Very good experience, I would return without hesitation.

We had a pleasant weekend, the house is as shown in the photos, there were some issues with the hot water but they resolved them quickly. Only one bedroom does not have air conditioning but the weather was pleasant. The kitchen, although small, has everything you need, Mildred is always attentive and the cleaning and kitchen service is good

Alberto was kind and attentive at all times. We felt at home. My family and I went without a car and it was easy to get there. In addition, with Alberto's recommendations on food, the stay was even better. The pool water was very pleasant even though we went on rainy and cloudy days.

Excellent option to stay in Morelos, the house is very nice, clean and with everything you need (I would have liked to have coffee), David is always attentive and with good communication, I would definitely stay there again, just one detail if you need an invoice, they provide it without the Airbnb commissions, so it does not match what you pay for accommodation, I think that detail should be clarified before making the reservation.

The stay at Jackie's place was excellent. It has air conditioning in each room worth it during the hot nights. The house is right in front of the pool and makes it very convenient to enjoy the cluster environment. The proximity to the village of Tezoyuca and quick access to the highway is very convenient. The person who gave us the house was very friendly and quick, in answering our doubts and needs. We would be happy to come back to rent this unit with Jackie. It should be clarified that we were eight nights in the place and everything was excellent. Thank you for all Jackie.

The property was clean and tidy. It had everything it advertises, the subdivision is very quiet and pleasant, the pool area, what I liked most was its terrace, it is nice and pleasant. As a personal opinion, I would have loved for the check-in to be a little earlier than 3PM, but in general everything was very good.

Ale's accommodation is quite nice, comfortable and has what you need to spend a few relaxed days. The terrace gives you a plus to spend a pleasant time. Ale is super friendly and responds very quickly. Highly recommended

Staying there was comfortable, quiet and clean, with a great view,we loved it; Miguel is a great host.

We had an excellent long weekend in Tepoztlán. Raul gave us excellent recommendations, and Alfredo kept in touch with us to make sure everything was going well. The place is perfect for a peaceful getaway, and the rooftop was amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

All the fractionation and apartment is as you see it in photos, the amenities of the fractionation very nice and in excellent condition. Just commenting that the AC in a bedroom does not work. From there to more everything perfect!

The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. In general, we liked it a lot and we plan to return soon.

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment to see your children. Everything was great. I would definitely choose it again.
