Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Emporia

What a marvelous stay we had at the lovely Brickside Beds AirBnB! Christine spoiled us with sweet treats and provisions ample for a week when we were only staying two nights. She has exquisite taste and beautifully blends charming antiques with modern conveniences, soft beds, and warm family-friendly living room, dining room, and kitchen settings. Her fenced and cleverly landscaped backyard is a haven, and our dogs were thrilled to have a little bit of liberty while we stayed in her quiet, serene abode. Swinging on the front porch swing with glasses of wine in the early evening while listening to the sounds of the cheerful neighborhood was soul-quenching. And having ready access to the Flint Hills and the beautiful trails of the Tall Grass Prairie National Preserve made it the perfect place for a mini-vacation. We’ll be back!.

The space is fantastic with a great dining room and nice yard. The natural light in the house and character of the home make it a fantastic option.

I would gladly come again. It was wonderful being in the country, especially the Flint Hills area!

My adult children and grandchildren arrived prior to my husband and I. they had all the sleeping arrangements picked out for everyone and gave me a tour. the A-frame was spectacular upon entering the kitchen went on for what seemed a mile, beautiful, white, marble kitchen with gorgeous stainless steel appliances. and the deck beyond the family room. the three tweens slept upstairs it was perfect for them and they loved it. we slept on the main floor, perfect! my daughter and son-in-law on the lower level along with my other daughter on the pull-up sofa. we were all very comfortable and happy with the arrangements. we went to the beach one day. the kids went hiking around the house with the metal detector one day and then it rained. we went to Pillsbury something with a waterfall and goofed around for a while. came home and ate and watched amazing sunsets. had a glow stick/necklace party on the deck after dark, then it stormed. played the game Life for 3 eves in a row, I think Emmy won

This house was perfect for our family. The open kitchen, dining and living room was great for all of us to be able to enjoy our time together. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. Checking in and out was so easy and convenient. Kimberly was great to work with and would definitely recommend her Airbnb again.

my little 5yr old boy and I loved Brian's place! he set up the inflatables for my son to play outside and we had a blast. we also had some much needed peaceful downtime in this inviting and comfy space. My son also caught his first firefly in the backyard that lights up with them in the evening. Beautiful memories made. Everything we needed was supplied, the space was very clean, and comfortable. Brian was extremely helpful during our stay, too. What a terrific spot! We hope to visit again.

Joy was a fabulous host. He place is beautiful and in a perfect location. I was there for my daughter’s graduation and it was in a perfect location. The patio is beautiful and a great place to relax. I would definitely go back! Thank you!!

Emma and Chin’s place was great just what we were looking for. We enjoyed visiting our friends in Leavenworth and the Airbnb made the experience even better. Their home is so cute and comfortable perfect for our family! They were so accommodating and responsive to any issue that came up. So many thoughtful details and touches. I am definitely going to stay here again when I come back to Leavenworth!

Clean and comfy place to stay in a friendly and quiet Manhattan neighborhood. Loved the huge windows and natural light. I would definitely book this place again.

Megan is an exceptional host. The place is exactly as described. Perfectly clear instructions for entry and departure. We were very impressed with all the details within the apartment. The bed was super comfy….& I will admit I am a bed snob! My husband and I enjoyed it very much. We loved walking around the area and to the Capital. I will book again in a few weeks when I return to visit my son who lives nearby.

Beautiful place to stay and very comfortable. We loved seeing all of the animals the dogs greeted us when coming and going and was so sweet and the kids loved seeing the horses

Cozy cabin with comfy beds and one of the cleanest I’ve ever been in. Had everything we needed, easy to cook meals in. Melissa was very hospitable and friendly. Good chats.

Our 2nd stay here. We will be back! We love fishing at the pond, hiking the trails, and relaxing around the fire. Great value and privacy!

This was our second time visiting Paw Print Cabin for a weekend family getaway, and we hope to return again someday soon. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfy stay: comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, games to play as a family. The surrounding land was fun to hike through and explore. Our kids had a lot of fun playing by the creek, and we all had fun on several outings to nearby attractions (Tallgrass Prairie and Chase State Fishing Lake). We'd highly recommend Fur N' Feather's Paw Print Cabin, and look forward to coming back again in the future.

Shereen was very responsive and helpful!! The place looked like the photos. It is a little walk to the lake and you can’t see the lake from the house but it was still beautiful countryside. Very spacious and lots of yard space for games and being outside. Didn’t use the lake front as water was really high and you couldn’t walk out to the dock because of this. Not her fault of course just be aware if you are renting during a rainy time. Lots of sleeping spaces and great kitchen!! Would definitely consider renting again.

The yard was large and great for kids. We picked a rainy weekend but enjoyed the kayaks when it wasn't raining and enjoyed the full windows in the living room when it was raining. Several good places locally to get food or drinks. Good brewery near the river in Council Grove. My kids enjoyed the Ping-Pong table and kayaks the most.

If you like outdoors, country living and fishing, it’s the place to be. Kayaks provide and some great fishing, included with a private beach. The location and environment make you feel like you are not in Kansas anymore. Extremely quiet and secluded, only 20 minutes from civilization.

We were looking for a quiet secluded space to recharge and Ben’s place was perfect. Clean cozy and well stocked for our needs. It rained most of the time we were there and we enjoyed it from the cozy interior. The lush green trees surrounded the cabin and gave us privacy and quiet. We will return when it’s not raining so we can enjoy the fire pit!

The most memorable air bnb I have ever stayed at and for the most perfect reasons this is the most beautiful serene cabin getaway giving the feeling of being completely unplugged without ever feeling uncomfortable fun family games on sight with a canoe to fish in! WILL BE RETURNING this place is an absolute must stay at!!! Hosts were amazing and so beautifully accommodating! Could not have asked for a more wonderful experience!
