Beachfront holiday rental in Empuriabrava

It was a great stay, from booking the place to departure. Sylvain has been a very accommodating host. we felt very comfortable. The apartment has a transferring view of the sea and was very clean. we will be happy to come back

Joseps place is immaculate and very well equipped . We were very comfortable and enjoyed spending time on the terrace mostly , where we used the barbecue often We didnt mind the walk into town and the drive was very quick when needing the supermarket. We loved the proximity to the beach and the coastal path offers many hidden beaches to enjoy. Llanca is a great destination and Joseps home a wonderful place to enjoy spending time there . We would definitely like to return .

What a beautiful, relaxing place. We felt so comfortable from the start. If you want peace , quiet and comfort then this is the place to come.

We had a great week at this apartment with a beautiful view from the main terrace. Very quiet area, large beach a few hundred yards away. Only downside, it takes a lot of walking or taking the car back to the city center. Bringing your bike could be a good idea... Our host has always been very responsive to each of our messages. The world as a guest of friends. This is what it feels like to be accommodated by Sorina and Gerhard. Absolute hospitality and helpfulness even before arrival. A nice phone call in advance to answer questions, support on arrival and super nice contact during the stay. The apartment is simply super centrally located, sea view included. A real gem with great amenities and modern design. Rarely found such a clean apartment. Here, real value is placed on order and the hosts care about the well-being of the guests. The garden is also a highlight - whether during the day on the comfortable loungers under the olive tree or in the evening on the lounge with romantic lighting. We happily and very wistfully started the journey home and are sure: we will come back! Thank you Gerhard and Sorina.

Our second stay at Xavier’s lovely apartment. Comfortable, great terrace and well equipped. Our highlights and not to be missed ElBulli1846 museum, Perralada castle, Roses Citaduella, Figueres and the great local Emporda wines. Thanks for another great stay.

We had a great time in Avignon! The accommodation was impeccable: clean, well-equipped, comfortable and in line with the description. Access to self-contained housing very well explained to facilitate access. The location is nice facing the sea, overlooking the pool of the residence. We'll be happy to go back!

We (3 generations: 6 adults and 1 baby) stayed at Anna‘s for a family vacation. The location, view, comfort and accommodations were excellent. The pool and outdoor terrace were wonderful. Anna was very friendly, quick to respond and communicate, helpful with recommendations. We had a comfortable, memorable stay at the Blueview Villa.

Ideally located apartment with sea view and adjacent to the beach. Large area and very complete equipment with parking space. A very large terrace facing the sea and overlooking the bay of Roses.

The exchanges with Neus by messages proved to be very fluid and of high quality. The apartment is in perfect condition, very nice and functional. I recommend it.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at the apartment. The apartment was spectacular, spacious and great for a big group. Maria was super responsive and was able to accommodate our very delayed check-in, and was very clear with instructions when checking out. The location is perfect - right by Roses beach with a ton of food options nearby. Can’t recommend this listing enough!!

Good overall. Responsive host. Suitable location in relation to the city center and beach. Be careful, however, of the height of the chandeliers in the kitchen and on the terrace (too low, you hit your head on them) and the electricity that trips when it rains. Otherwise good stay and nice house

We had a wonderful time at Aleix’s apartment. The balcony and view is spectacular and so special to wake up to and watch the sun go down. The house is spacious and the pool and paddle board court were such nice bonuses. Only things to bear in mind are that you need to drive to get into town and the tap water isn’t fantastic so we would recommend bringing your own for your stay, though one big bottle was supplied for us. Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

The truth was very good, it was a shame that the weather did not accompany me and the truth very clean everything , although the only negative thing I would put is the lockbox that I do not know if it is from the Chinese or it worked badly because I put the code that I was given and it did not work.... in other boxes that opened I did not have this problem.. What I liked the most was the location and that there was enough room to park....

I add , only one small thing about this apartment , we always talk about sunset, emails there!! this sunrise over Roses in the morning , houaaaa , one word , splendid. Functional accommodation, very clean with beautiful views of the canals and the port. Terrace in the shade most of the day. We had a lovely stay.

Very well located, sea view from the balcony. Simply cross the road and the wide beach to take a dip! Small kitchen with essentials. Good bedding. Small shower, however, shower for two possible and not recommended for a very large person. Supermarket around the corner. Clean and nice place. Highly responsive host 👍 Thanks!
