This well-equipped apartment is located on an Icelandic horse farm with chickens, cats, dogs and of course Iceland horses. Due to the location of the farm directly on the forest and in the immediate vicinity of a nature reserve, nature lovers have many possibilities: hiking, mushroom hunting, cycling, watching animals and of course riding. It is possible to book horseback rides or take horseback riding lessons. Children are welcome to help feed and take care of animals.

This spacious vacation/installer apartment is on the second floor of a charming old building in a super central location in Emsdetten. The city center and shopping are a 3-minute walk. Also to the train station or Ems bike path is just minutes away. On 100 square meters you will find two bedrooms with two single beds and TV each, a large living room - also with TV, a kitchen, a large hallway with workplace, a bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a balcony.

Das Bad ist mit einer begehbaren Dusche ausgestattet und bietet barrierefreien Zugang. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Autostellplatz, ein Abstellraum für Räder. Aufzug im Haus. Haustiere sind willkommen. Durch ein gut ausgebautes Radwegenetz können Sie Münster (15km) und Umgebung leicht erkunden.
