Great location, lovely walks from the door, friendly hosts (even left us a card & bubbly for our anniversary) and comfortable, clean & cosy accommodation. Couldn't ask for anything else. The perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary and explore the area.

Mary is a first class host. She is friendly and efficient with her communication. Her house is beautiful and ideal for a break for two. The house is spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and very homely. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is extremely quiet - we could even hear the owls hooting at night! It has a lovely sunny garden and dedicated parking. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend. Plan to return. Warm welcome, spotlessly clean. Spacious for our needs as a good base. Many thoughtful extras provided. Ideally situated for all forms of transport and shops. Excellent value.

Loved our stay in Jo’s beautiful house. Lovely garden and quiet location. Jo had thought of everything and the Welcome Pack was fabulous. Comfortable bedrooms and attractive sitting room too for chilling in. Wish we could have stayed long enough to have a good look at all the books! The marina and centre of the village were within walking distance which was great. We were able to walk to local restaurants. We had some brilliant pies at The Sussex Brewery and also an excellent meal at the local Italian restaurant. Although the weather was changeable we enjoyed a spa morning at a hotel and the shops in Chichester. Also beautiful Bosham Quay and visited a cinema in Chichester on the way home! Thank you Jo
