Enjoy gorgeous views from the Encinitas Library and park viewpoints and visit the playground and dog park within walking distance. Fully furnished and decorated, property is enclosed on a large private retreat! One (1) dog (sorry, no cats) is ok with a $125 pet cleaning fee required- this can be paid through resolution center.

The studio is part of the house, but not shared, and has a private entrance and patio area. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, the beach and popular downtown area are a 5 minute drive. Casper Queen bed, Wifi, Smart TV with HBO and cable, microwave, frig, toaster, Kerig coffee.
