I can't overemphasize how wonderful my stay with Tina and Bill was. I stayed here for a few months for a work contract and it was the PERFECT place for me -- cozy, within easy walking distance of GREAT restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and the BEACH, quiet, and peaceful. Every inch of the place is so thoughtfully designed to maximize the space. As a single woman alone, I felt so incredibly safe and cared for. Tina and Bill truly treated me like I was one of their children. I cannot rave about them enough. I had everything I needed for my stay. My favorite part was the personal outdoor courtyard. Getting to do work outside on my laptop, yoga, etc. It truly felt like my own little home. I would absolutely stay with them again, and I certainly hope to! :)

A very peaceful and spacious rental for our San Diego trip. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything you need, and the patio and backyard seating area were wonderful extensions of the space to enjoy the gorgeous weather and landscaping. Our super friendly host gave us great recommendations for adventures, restaurants, and neighborhood walks that we really enjoyed. And bonus points for Koa (doggie host) who is the absolute sweetest!

We loved our one month stay! Lori and Bob are wonderful hosts who live in the house next door. We felt like they were more than hosts. They were neighbors and freinds. The kitchen was the best equipped and provisioned kitchen of any Airbnb we have stayed with. And we have stayed with many. We felt very comfortable. Bob was extremely handy for anything that came up. We hope to have many more opportunities to stay again with them.
