Renovated in 2019 with amazing views of the Bluff and Coast. Ideal for one or two families. Kitchen, Dining room and Living all have views fantastic views of the ocean and coast. Main bedroom = Queen. Back Bedroom = Queen, couch and TV. Each of the kids room has a set of bunk beds suited for only children. Evelyn is built from the ground up with 90% recycled, reused, scrounged and found materials, set in a secluded part of our property, next to majestic gum trees nestled amongst nature. A bird watchers paradise with 80 species spotted around the gardens, so bring your binoculars.
