Beachfront holiday rental in Encounter Bay

Margo's place was the perfect location for our weekend stay, where we could catch up with our extended family. This property had everything we needed and was comfortable and warm.

We stayed here with 9 family members and had the best time. We all agreed it is the best Airbnb we have stayed at. From the attention to detail, games provided, linen, welcome gifts and location/view. We will be back!

Excellent stay - very clean and tidy, close to the beach, shops, cafes. Laura was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions asked. Would not hesitate to come back!

We had a wonderful stay for two families with two dogs. Walking distance to the beach we loved. Peaceful, great amenities. Kids loved their own room and the playground in backyard. Would stay again.

Staying at Brett's seaside home was an absolute pleasure for my family and I. Perfectly located less than a five minute easy stroll from Boomer Beach, this perfect pocket rocket of a home had everything we needed and more. Large and secure garden for our curious dog, plenty of outdoor space for a quiet read and glass of red, comfortable living room and bedrooms for relaxing and a good night's sleep and a kitchen that delivers the goods. Quiet, private and secluded we all felt safe and sound and connected to the sounds of the rolling ocean just metres away. As a host Brett was outstanding a gracious, from the bottle of local red to the extra long checkout he allowed, our Easter was really very special.

An absolute gem of a place! Our family young and old (and our dogs) had a fabulous weekend at Christine’s. The home is beautiful and very comfortable it has everything you need and more!

The penthouse apartment was spacious and in a great location. Parking, lift access and the amenities were all excellent. The main bedroom is huge and would benefit from a queen size bed for comfort given the room is so large. The huge lounge allowed us to spread out as a family and the kitchen was well equipped with lots of crockery for a family staying. We were only staying for a couple of days but if we were staying longer we'd have appreciated WIFI for our stay. The games, puzzles and DVDs kept us entertained. The location is amazing.

Krystal was very quick to respond to any queries we had and was very engaging both before and during our stay. We received a lovely welcome pack with a good quality wine and the kitchen cupboards were well stocked with all essentials. The sunset was superb, and we enjoyed sitting on the spacious deck each evening. Plenty of opportunity to do lots of lovely walks while in this comfortable and pleasant environment. Would recommend to other couples.

We had a lovely mini getaway at the Blue Cabin. Jessica and team were very proactive in their communications, prompt and instructions were clear and easy to follow. A neat little cabin with everything you need on hand including lots of kitchen utensils and crockery, even platters / servingware. We would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you Jessica and Team.

We had a relaxing stay in a very well equipped house. It was very clean with lots of room for 2 families, would definitely go back for another stay.

I could not fault anything to do with this accomodation from the location, the interiors to the vibe. It is the most gorgeous space in the most gorgeous beach town. Krystal absolutely went above and beyond for us in so many ways.

We loved our stay here, the communal areas on site are amazing and perfect for kids. The place was clean and the beds were very comfy!

This is our second time staying here and once again it was a great experience. We particularly appreciated the spacious, attractive living area and balcony, the well equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds, and the peaceful and beautiful location.

This was our second stay at Bobs place. The house is clean and tidy, great functional kitchen. Spacious bedrooms and the host was always responsive and helpful. We are planning dates for next year.

Denise's place was perfectly located and easy walking distance for what we wanted to do in Victor Harbor (Granite Island and the Cockle Train). In addition, the view from the living space and main bedroom to both Granite Island and the Bluff were superb. It's a neat, tidy space, plenty of room for our family of 4. We had a fantastic long weekend, house was in a brilliant spot and was very clean and well presented. Highly recommend!

Casa Billie is a meticulously decorated house to high standards of quality and function. We felt at home during our stay albeit during the first weekend in recent memory to be rained in by a storm! The heaters and Netflix got a workout but perhaps a summer stay would've seen better use of the extra space on the back deck and grassed backyard for the kids. Every detail has been thought of and I wouldn't hesitate recommending to others.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront property. The location is absolutely unbeatable — just steps away from the ocean, with stunning views. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We especially loved sitting listening to the waves. Emma and Peet were fantastic — responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out seamless. You can tell they truly care about creating a welcoming experience.

Incredible spot right above the ocean. Very peaceful and the house has great views and is very spacious. Thoroughly recommend for couples/friends looking for a long weekend getaway.

Poppy's place was a simple small home on a nice bush lot and was super quiet. It was a 1 min walk to the beach and great path to the cafe and swim spot. 2 couples stayed there and were really comfortable. Poppy was proactive with her communication and really flexible when our travel plans got a bit complicated. Overall a great place, and good value for money.
