Our house was completely renovated in 2021 on 3 levels to accommodate 8 people. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room and living room, a separate toilet, a 2-person bedroom, 140 x 190 cm, adjoining a shower room + toilet. The 2nd floor includes a bedroom for 2 people, 1 double bed of 200 x 200 cm, a 1-person bedroom of 120 x 190 cm and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The 3rd floor includes 1 bedroom for 2 people, 1 bed of 140 cm x 200 cm and a small living room with a sofa bed

Romantic little apartment, quiet central location

Small apartment (approx. 45m²) with separate kitchen + bathroom + terrace (approx. 30m² additional). Own entrance. Location in the city center, very quiet. Check-in via key safe. Parking spaces in front of the house, limited during the day (parking disc), free at night and weekends. Or always free nearby. Bedroom with double bed, inexpensive 3rd bed (extra bed 60x180cm) if required. Space for bicycles, motorcycles, scooters, strollers etc. 9km to Europa Park. - see pictures for additional infos.

In the heart of the major Baden wine-growing area surrounded by vineyards (only steps away), beautiful views of the Black Forest & a 13th century Medieval castle. Only 2 km from Emmendingen, a quaint 15th century cobble-stoned town with small cafes & shops, and an easy 20 min from Freiburg and Europapark. Quietly live in the countryside comfortably and cozily

The accommodation has a separate entrance and has the character of a small basement apartment. The living/bedroom is completely newly furnished, friendly and lovingly with white furniture, 1.60 m bed with bedside table, rattan seating group + coffee table, chairs with light covers, beautiful large wardrobe. The room has a large daylight window and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet – to feel good. I will be happy to help you and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
