Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

This newly renovated 2 level holiday apartment with double bed and quality sleeping couch is located in the idyllic foothills of the Alps, at 1000 mtrs above sea level. Our breeding farm includes alpacas, dairy cows, pigs, bees, goats, chickens, cats and our child-friendly dog. We offer a special holiday experience where you have the opportunity to meet all the farm animals and their offspring up close. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our cosy Swiss chalet is situated in Flumserberg Bergheim - a quiet residential area, the closest ski lift is 5min by car or accessible by public transport. The apartment is accessible down a flight of stairs with a separate entrance and private garden/patio. The 1 bedroom apartment with a sofabed in the lounge is suitable for 2 adults & 2 young children or 3 adults. There are spectacular views of the Alps (Churfirsten) from all windows. Newly renovated & fully equipped.

Wifi is provided and the surrounding area is child friendly. The Obertoggenburg region is ideal for hiking holidays with Klangweg, various cable cars (e.g. Säntis / Chäserugg). In winter, there are various ski resorts, some of which have family-friendly offers. The upper apartment is occupied by our junior.

The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten.
