A large beach patio and a large jetty bring comfort to the beach and what could be better than jumping from the jetty into the lake in the summer heat while enjoying a sauna. The main building has a living room, kitchenette, dining area, 2 bedrooms, a large loft, a toilet with a shower cabin and a closet. The kitchen has a gas stove and the toilet has an electric toilet seat with a bidet function.

The renovated and bright home is located on an island on the shore of clear-water Lake Saimaa, about 2 km from the center. It is easy to get here by car, bus or on foot - you can also get from the beach to the market square in half an hour on a SUP board. The evening sun shines on the balcony, so the temperature in the apartment is pleasant even in hot weather.

Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Perinteisessä mökissämme on tupa, keittiö, 2 makuualkovia ja sauna. Lomaillessasi voit istahtaa terassille nauttimaan järvimaisemasta tai lukea kirjaa riippumatossa loikoillen. Loiva, etelään aukeava hiekkaranta soveltuu hyvin lasten vesileikkeihin ja perheille on muutenkin paljon tekemistä mökillä ja lähialueella. Löytyypä meiltä myös trampoliini, nuotiopaikka ja vene. Tervetuloa lomailemaan! Mökki sijaitsee Saimaa by Cycle Pyhäselän kierros ja Liperi Leipäpitäjä -pyöräilyreittien varrella.

Lisäksi kohde soveltuu erinomaisesti etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Kalastukseen vuokrattavissa moottori veneeseen. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana.

Tervetuloa rentoutumaan metsän syliin! Ranta-Mäntylä sijaitsee kauniin ja kalaisan järven (Kallavesi) rannalla, luonnon helmassa, kotimme pihapiirissä, vain 25 min ajomatkan päässä kaupungeista Kuopio ja Leppävirta. Kohteeseen kuuluu kaksi rakennusta. Lämmitetyssä mökissä majoittuu mukavasti kaksi henkilöä. Nukkuma-aitassa on kesäaikana nukkumapaikat kahdelle. Majoittujien käytössä on grilli, sup-lauta ja soutuvene. Kylpytynnyrin käytöstä lisämaksu. Varaathan kylpytynnyrin etukäteen.

The mini-house was completed in 2025 and the sauna in the adjacent building dates back to 2024. The accommodation is ideal for those interested in hiking, cycling, fishing and paddling.

By the waters of Kalainen, the historic ferry house delights in Savonranta by the Oriväri river connecting Paasvesi and Pyyvesi. The house has been completely renovated and the environment restored to its new splendor. The property has two kayaks, a rowboat and the possibility to rent a tub (in summer) and a motorboat, as well as fishing guide services! Our company's professional fishing uses the jetty at the cottage, so the fish are transported through the jetty.
