Holiday rentals with a patio in Ensanche Naco

Amazing space for a big group! Only thing is that living room is really hot because the air conditioner doesn't work as stated in the description. Other than that, apt is perfect and I would definitely stay there again! Thank you for hosting us!

Todo tal cual como lo describen las imágenes, limpio, cómodo, cerca de todo y describen la señora Cynthia ni se diga la mejor 💯 % siempre atenta, pendiente de cada talle, una persona muy responsable y amigable, tengo aproximadamente un buen tiempo rentando con ella y siempre que venimos al país les rentamos allá. Excelente servicio.

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

Incredible location, literally 20 second walk to Maraca, a great restaurant I ended up eating at twice while I was there. Corner store 30 seconds away in the opposite direction for drinks, etc. super cool architecture and pool area was peaceful. Ice cold AC in bedroom I stayed in. Few notes, city is working on the street, so must be dropped at a corner, which is only 30 seconds walk to unit. Water unexpectedly was out the last day, wasn’t the hosts fault and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Would stay there again.

Muy bonita casa, tal cual muestra en las fotos.. Muy buena disposición de la anfitriona.. Sin duda recomendable para alojarse, todo muy limpio y las camas confortables.

El alojamiento es de lo mas impecable que he visto, no quería ni moverme para no ensuciar, es muy moderno, bastante amplio y lindo, tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario y más. Absoluta privacidad, aparcar justo afuera fue muy facil y seguro ya que la zona es muy tranquila. El anfitrión atento en todo momento, y su mamá es muy amable y amigable, nos recibió con la habitación fresca, con refrescos y agua fría en la heladera, también hay agua de garrafón, jabón y suavizante para la ropa, cafecito para preparar y hasta mentitas para endulzar el paladar. Lo pasamos realmente bien, volveré a hospedarme con ellos, y los recomiendo al 100, no encontrarán mejor lugar.

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

Beautiful and huge house, fully equipped. Also fresh due to the high ceilings. Easy checkin and checkout. My family loved to hang out in the patio having coffee. The hosts were super responsive and attentive. Recommended!
