Relaxe com toda a família nesta acomodação tranquila.A entrada no prédio é na lateral.Tem dois quartos,1 com cama de casal e outro com beliche ,sala e cozinha acoplada e tem sacada ..No terraço tem ,1 banheiro e uma área com churrasqueira e mesa .( nessa área a limpeza é sob responsabilidade do síndico .Tem uma garagem,onde fica tb uma ducha .A sacada do apartamento é de frente pra praia ( mas tem 1 casa na frente ).Fica disponível 2 colchões .Tem 4 cadeiras de praia ,1 guarda sol e 1 cooler.

Boho style apartment, intimate and cozy. Perfect for couples and family. The half block of one of the most sought-after beaches in SFSUL, Prainha. 10 min from cove, big beach and jetty beach. Everything without needing a car that can be parked at the front of the building on a calm and quiet street (we do not have a garage). Great to enjoy and rest! Newly renovated apartment, complete. Bed linen and towels are provided during the hotel standard stay. Pet friendly!

Apartment with 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a 40' TV. Air-conditioning in two bedrooms, ceiling fan in the 3rd. Two-room living room, American-style kitchen with microwave, service area with washing machine, two front balconies, individual barbecue, Wi-Fi, 43-inch smart TV, 1 parking space. The apartment features bedding, table and bath linens. Monitoring cameras. Rent only for families. I don't rent to groups.
