New facilities, fragrant bed linens, clean house. Close to the beach, close to a pharmacy and a market. Highlight for the São Francisco Bakery, which is almost in front, a great place to have a good breakfast.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. It is 100 meters from Enseada beach and 1km approximately from Prainha. It is close to markets, pharmacy and etc. The place was very clean and very spacious.. It was simply perfect. Communication with Mr. Sandro was very good. In addition, he facilitated both checkin and checkout. We are sure to indicate and will return at the next opportunity.

Our stay was very good, we felt at home, simple and cozy place, privacy and tranquility, close to the beaches. Fernanda is kind and polite, we would definitely be back. Thank you.

Spacious apartment with beautiful view! Breakfast (paid separately) was delicious. The kayak and stand up paddle rental was great for paddling in the bay. We hope to be back soon!

The view of the ocean from the top floor is simply amazing! We had such a great time! The apartment felt like a home away from home—safe, spacious, and super comfortable for the whole family. We had so much room to kick back and enjoy our time together. It’s really well-stocked with all sorts of appliances, dishes, utensils, and linens, so we had everything we needed. Plus, the elevator was a lifesaver for my 84-year-old mom, making it so easy for her to come and go whenever she wanted. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! The location is fantastic! It's just a quick stroll to the beach, so you can easily enjoy the sun and sand whenever you want. We loved every moment of our trip and hopefully, we will return soon. The host was flexible, accommodating, courteous, and friendly. She responded quickly, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It was a pleasure to communicate with her throughout our stay. We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

Very cute place and by the beach! It was super clean and organized. I loved the practicality, even small, I had everything we need. It is 2 blocks from Ubatuba beach, in an area that has a restaurant that caters to the waterfront and parasol/chairs to rent. It has a bakery with colonial coffee on the avenue. I'll come back more often

Only in relation to the size of the rooms that we think were larger, the staircase that gives access to the top has no protection ,no handrail,with a child we do not think it is feasible,then I could not stay in the property ,but I believe that those looking for something to relax are perfect.

My experience was exceptional, thanks to Cleiton's promptness and attention. He was a huge help, especially with my mother, who arrived first after a trip of more than 20 hours and is not very familiar with technology. Cleiton assisted her in everything, ensuring that she settled in comfortably. In addition, he was concerned with making sure that she could easily have dinner, which shows admirable care and attention. The stay itself was very comfortable and the location, excellent! The space is cozy and well-equipped, providing all the necessary comfort after a long day. The ease of access to Joinville's points of interest also made the trip much more enjoyable. I highly recommend the stay and the host Cleiton!

Comfortable and well located property, outdoor environment with very nice Jacuzzi to make a get-together, I told Beatriz about heating the Jacuzzi water, she very attentive said she will arrange, then it will be perfect.

The accommodation was great—clean, comfortable, and just as depicted in the photos. However, the check-in process was not very smooth. We had to wait for the host to bring bed linens and towels, and the full setup wasn’t completed until nearly 9 p.m., which was inconvenient after a long day of travel. On a positive note, the host was responsive and eventually resolved the issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there is definitely room for improvement in the check-in experience.
