It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, a living room, an open-plan kitchen, and a balcony. On the terrace, there is one bathroom and an area with a barbecue grill and a table (cleaning in this area is the responsibility of the building manager). There is a garage, where there is also a shower. The apartment's balcony faces the beach (but there is one house in front of it). Two mattresses are available. There are 4 beach chairs, 1 parasol, and 1 cooler.
