Things we loved: - the house is well stocked with everything we needed! Thank you! -the beds were comfortable! Everyone slept well! -the pack in play was awesome to have! -the couch was super comfortable -the grill was awesome to have! -the pickleball court and pool made for so many amazing memories! - the foosball table was awesome! The kids loved playing all of those games! What a great touch! We will definitely be back. It’s the perfect house for a family vacation!

We booked this for a date night getaway and it delivered. The design of the house with the large windows was picturesque. The home is a great design with tall ceilings and natural light. It is what you look for in a stay away from your own home that is more of an experience.

Tim and Marie were absolutely amazing hosts! Coopers Cottage is situated in a quiet, quaint area near historic Pensacola. Amenities, Amenities, you name it, they have it- tissues, beach towels, games, water, snacks, soda, coffee, creamer, sugar, beautiful landscape front and back!! Well kept cottage. We loved our time here! The walk-in shower 🚿 was delightful and relaxing! The outdoor lights and seating area was comforting. Instructions for the house were conveniently located in a binder along with a chalk board welcoming sign for us!!! If I could give Tim and Marie 10 stars, I would. Cooper's Cottage is fully equipped and definitely our first choice to stay in Pensacola again. Thank you greatly Tim and Marie!

My girls and I enjoyed the stay at this place it very nice ,comfortable , and clean . We would definitely come back again.

Jeff was a great host, very chill. His house rules were reasonable and easy to follow (enjoy the house with respect). Quick to respond when a storm knocked out the router.

We did have a hiccup at check-in but overall had a wonderful stay! Jared was wonderful and responsive for any questions or needs that we had while we stayed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very nice!

This is a very nice house, on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is a relaxing place to spend a few days, weeks or months. Nearby there are restaurants, supermarkets, laundromats, etc. The neighbors were friendly and respectful. The house hadn't been cleaned properly when we arrived, but eventually they cleaned it. Overall the host was helpful and friendly. The master bedroom is large and has an en-suite bathroom, which my parents liked. I stayed in another slightly smaller room, next to the house's second bathroom. It has a large tub with lots of hot water, for a great bath or shower. The kitchen has very basic amenities, it has what you need, but "fancy" things like a blender are missing. The backyard is big and my dog loved it. Overall, we were very happy with this location. It wasn't perfect but was good quality and met our needs.

Loved our stay! It had everything we needed. It was 7 minutes from UWF and 4 minutes to our daughters apartment. Very convenient for all parties involved in this vacation. Thank you for the thoughtfulness with a dog blanket and poop bags for our dogs. The fenced backyard was also a plus and will be back for future visits!

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

the house is beautiful and roomy and well stocked.our teenaged kids really loved the swimming pool.the house is in an ideal location only 5 minute drive to beautiful Navarre beach. there are plenty of stores and grocery stores such as Publix nearby. our host James was very responsive and responded to our questions immediately.we would love to stay here again in near future.

Great place; very beautiful. Loved the screened in porch with a beautiful view of Florida’s natural surroundings . Four deer 🦌 came to visit in the back of home- amazing. Too Quick a trip to celebrate daughter’s graduation. We will definitely be back. It was a great location for us. First time we were able to take our golden retriever on vacation . Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

Comfy and fun! The pool was my favorite part! Plenty of essentials were provided, there were no bugs inside, and the location is just about perfect. A few things to mention, I wasn't able to close one of the bathroom doors, the door/doorway might be expanded from humidity or something, so it just could not close. The other bathroom toilet is a bit tricky to flush, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to flush it, so I just used the other bathroom!

We were very happy with our stay. The area was perfect to attend a destination wedding for family in Orange Beach. It was such a a comfortable stay. Quiet and many thoughtful details were included such as coffee and snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the dog-friendly attitude. Very good value and I definitely plan to revisit!

We’ve stayed at this house 3 times and we absolutely love it! It’s a beautiful, clean home with plenty of space for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. Our kids love the community pool and walking a short distance to the private community beach and public beach access. We can’t wait to come back to Navarre and stay here again!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! The hosts truly thought of everything and had nice personal touches throughout the place. From the corn hole to the coffee bar, this place has all you need for a perfect get away! It felt like home away from home, and we loved spending our days at the pool and lounging out back. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Ginnel was a fantastic host, ensuring our family had a comfortable stay. The house was spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone. Our kids loved the thoughtful snacks left for us before arrival, and the beds were exceptionally cozy. Having a garage to easily unload our luggage was a convenient bonus. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we instantly felt at home, especially with the well-stocked kitchen that allowed us to prepare our meals. Although the house was a bit farther from our planned destinations, its location right off the highway made traveling around Pensacola effortless. We truly enjoyed our stay, with the only minor issue being the presence of some pet hair on the couches, which was understandable given that it's a pet-friendly home. However, the effort put into cleanliness was evident, and it did not take away from our positive experience.

this definitely was such a a great stay. Me, my husband and my 2 kids stayed. it was quite, clean, close to the beach.. if we are ever back in Pensacola id definitely stay here again. host was great. responsive & over all this was the perfect stay!! thank y'all so much. we enjoyed it more than words can describe. so clean,. comfortable, cozy. I wish i could give more than 5 stars because it's OUTSTANDING... 10 out of 10!!!!!! thank y'all. God bless you!!!!!!

Enjoyable experience. Hollie's place is in a great location/safe area. The inside is clean and spacious with all the appropriate amenities. I was pleased at how well the place was stocked such as toilet paper, soaps, and sufficient towels for the amount of people it was advertised to hold. I find other properties to be lacking in this area. The community pool was enjoyable and within walking distance of the townhome. We spent several days at the beach which was a reasonable commute. Hollie was responsive, but honestly, we didn't need to speak to her as she has the process down to a science and included everything we needed up front. We fully anticipate staying here in the future when our travels take us to Pensacola.

We spent Father’s Day weekend here. Visited the Naval museum, Pensacola Beach, and downtown Pensacola. Pam is a wonderful host and her home was very relaxing, quiet, very clean, and lots of amenities. We would definitely stay here again. Cannot recommend this home enough!

We had the most wonderful time in Pensacola, and a huge part of that was thanks to Billy’s incredible home. The house was not only spotless and well-equipped, but it also had a unique charm that truly reflected Billy’s character and military background. Every detail—from the decor to the layout—felt intentional and conveyed a sense of pride and purpose. The pool was an absolute hit for the girls and made our stay extra special. Billy was also extremely responsive and pleasant throughout, making everything smooth and easy. This home offered more than just a place to stay—it offered a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

We loved the beautiful cabin with a pier. We also enjoyed the view from the porch. We were able to launch our boat nearby and leave the boat in the water tied to the pier until the evening before we left to go home. We loved the fenced in yard. Thank you for providing a perfect friendly home. It was appreciated! Even though we were close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, we felt like we were in a private and secluded area. We will consider staying here again in the future.
