Matteo’s place is great, and he is a great host! His place is spacious, clean and within walking distance of stores and restaurants downtown. We really enjoyed staying downtown and it made for a fun change of scenery after spending the day at the beach. We had a great time there and look forward to staying again in the future.

I went to Lee’s house primarily to see the Blue Angels practice. The house was great. Very clean, with everything you need on a stay. I appreciated the fact she accepts dogs so I was able to bring mine with me not having to use Rover. He enjoyed the fenced back yard. Thanks, Lee!

We had a wonderful stay! Had a hiccup with the ac and they were super quick to get it resolved. House was amazing, location was great! Close to the beach and restaurants. All the beach gear was amazing and the bikes were used daily by our adult children. Lovely place and hosts!!!!

This house was perfect for our getaway with 2 little pups! It was equipped with EVERYTHING we could possibly need - it felt like home immediately! The back yard was incredible, just wish we had others with us to enjoy everything even more! I rode the bike downtown one morning, we sat on the deck daily, the dogs loved the lush grass (we don't have that at home!). We pulled our car behind the gate - made unloading and reloading so easy! I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a very comfortable, very clean, very well done Airbnb!

Very easy to communicate with. Pristine home. Felt like home. I didn’t want to leave it was so cozy and comfortable. Thank you for helping make it possible for me to see my dad little brother and big sister. Your home made it possible for me to relax and enjoy the trip. Very nice place to stay. Loved the location - so close to our favorite restaurant, the Oar House and seafood ( Joe Pattis)market. Beds were soft but very comfortable. Enjoyed nights sitting in the swing on the front porch. Just a note - during the night time hours the road in the front can get very busy. We did cook several meals and the kitchen had plenty of supplies and cooking pots. The house is older but very neat decor that fits the place. We would definitely stay again.

Me and my husbands stay was amazing, jus right for a couple . it was close to a lot of food places and not even 20mins away drive from the beach , it was very homey and comfortable.

My family and I felt right at home. This was a very cute home with a lovely back yard. Beth and Brian were very responsive. If I am ever back in the area, I will not hesitate to stay here.

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

My family of 5 and little dog loved everything about this house! One can tell lots of attention to details not only in the decor but in the amenities also! The fact that they offered beach supplies (from chairs and umbrellas to the sand toys and coolers) was very appreciated! The game room and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Happy we were able to stay here!

Was clean and tidy and like described. We enjoyed the pool and that it was within walking distance. Our host was very responsive throughout our stay whenever I reached out. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great place; very beautiful. Loved the screened in porch with a beautiful view of Florida’s natural surroundings . Four deer 🦌 came to visit in the back of home- amazing. Too Quick a trip to celebrate daughter’s graduation. We will definitely be back. It was a great location for us. First time we were able to take our golden retriever on vacation . We were very happy with our stay. The area was perfect to attend a destination wedding for family in Orange Beach. It was such a a comfortable stay. Quiet and many thoughtful details were included such as coffee and snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the dog-friendly attitude. Very good value and I definitely plan to revisit!

Comfy and fun! The pool was my favorite part! Plenty of essentials were provided, there were no bugs inside, and the location is just about perfect. A few things to mention, I wasn't able to close one of the bathroom doors, the door/doorway might be expanded from humidity or something, so it just could not close. The other bathroom toilet is a bit tricky to flush, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to flush it, so I just used the other bathroom!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! The hosts truly thought of everything and had nice personal touches throughout the place. From the corn hole to the coffee bar, this place has all you need for a perfect get away! It felt like home away from home, and we loved spending our days at the pool and lounging out back. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

There's a small area for dogs to swim a mile away. It's a nice neighborhood. Chandler was a good host.

This was a cute place for a weekend, & weekend only. The shower water pressure was better than I could have ever expected for a RV/Trailer. 10/10. I would have liked to been advised of many, many different bugs, so if you are not a bug person, this place is not for you. Besides the bed, there was no other place to stay/sit. (The couch cushions for the sofa bed were wet when we arrived from until we left, so no one would be able to sleep there if that is your plan.) We also couldn’t find any bedding for the sofa bed. Every night there was a constant noise outside the residence that we couldn’t exactly figure out, & pursued on the entire night. It didn’t bother my boyfriend & I much but we would have liked to been aware ahead of time. The fridge didn’t keep anything very cold so we opted to keep beverages in the freezer for a short period of time. All in all a great place to stay for a weekend get away, away from the crowd but still near A LOT. Felix is an amazing host & very responsive

this definitely was such a a great stay. Me, my husband and my 2 kids stayed. it was quite, clean, close to the beach.. if we are ever back in Pensacola id definitely stay here again. host was great. responsive & over all this was the perfect stay!! thank y'all so much. we enjoyed it more than words can describe. so clean,. comfortable, cozy. I wish i could give more than 5 stars because it's OUTSTANDING... 10 out of 10!!!!!! thank y'all. God bless you!!!!!!

Had such an amazing time staying at Rob’s. A beautiful and comfortable place personally renovated by the host! All the listed amenities are provided and then some- clean, spacious and beautiful. Perfect location to all the beaches, towns, and restaurants. I like to stay at a personable place when traveling and this was it. Most memorable place I’ve stayed in. Rob is not only an amazing host but treated us like old friends- the sweetest and the most thoughtful person. I know where I am staying when I am in town again!!!

We did have a hiccup at check-in but overall had a wonderful stay! Jared was wonderful and responsive for any questions or needs that we had while we stayed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very nice!

We enjoyed the neighborhood and discovered some fantastic spots thanks to James's excellent recommendations. Communication with James was seamless. They were prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a significant difference. Overall, our stay was exceptional, and we wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb to anyone! We look forward to returning!

Cottage was cozy, clean, and very close to all the Pensacola attractions. It was quiet at night too so we weren’t disturbed while sleeping. Jean was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had.
