Loved the place! Very spacious and felt like home. Great location to The Strip and a lot of options for restaurants close by. Felt very safe in the community. We will definitely be back!

Great airbnb! Host was so responsive and the place was so good, Pretty quiet neighborhood, lots amenities including a big tv, iron etc etc, there were also some snacks which was a great touch, will definitely comeback!

I had an amazing stay! The amenities were great; I went to the pool almost everyday really easy to access and great space. The home was lovely; comfortable beds, beautiful balcony, and extremely silent despite being in a communal atmosphere. What sold me was the 5 minute drive to the strip, Walgreens right around the corner along with chick fil a and a Dennys. The host was extremely helpful, responsive and really attentive as far as things regarding the home. Would love to return here again when I make my next trip to Las Vegas!

Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. King size bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Having a washer and dryer is handy. The location is near shopping, restaurants and the "Strip", but, most important you are near all the highways. My stay was peaceful was able to walk the ten minutes to the neighborhood park and walk or watch youth baseball games. Carmen was quick to respond when I was unable to access the internet (my fault).

Cat’s place was very nice and clean & in a safe area. She was very communicative of a potential hot water issue, but she kept me updated & it was resolved before we arrived. Overall, me and my friends really enjoyed our stay & definitely recommend Cat’s place.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently near the airport and about a 20-25 min drive from the Strip and Spring Mountain Rd/Chinatown. There are plenty of other restaurants, grocery stores, etc within a 10-min drive. We appreciated the overall cleanliness, sleek decor, and amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a treat to have a private pool and hot tub to enjoy in the nearly 100 degree weather. We greatly enjoyed our restful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Wow, amazing attention to detail. Such a great home for family vacation. The home is incredibly clean, lots of room to spread out and relax. We were greeted with various treats which was a fun and welcomed surprise. The pool is wonderful with a relaxing waterfall feature. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay in Duong’s beautiful home! The house was up to our expectations very homey and clean. The kids had an enjoyable experience with outdoor mini golf and board games! Duong’s instruction from check in to check out were very clear and easy. Would definitely stay there again!

We traveled in a group over the holiday weekend, let’s just say Becky‘s place definitely was everything as described on her listing. The home is beautiful and equipped with everything you may need. Uber drives to the strip were about 10 to 15 minutes, depending on traffic and fairly reasonably priced for a group of five. Everything was extremely clean. Quiet neighborhood. Fairly close to several restaurants, stores, and even a Walmart. I would definitely recommend her place.

Beautiful and clean home with nice furniture. Reasonable price and located in good neighborhood. We all enjoyed the memorial day weekend in this memorable and cozy home. Would like to come again !!!!!

Lily was incredibly quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The place is exactly like it looks like in the photos and we as a family had an amazing time. The beds were comfortable (there were extra beds in the store to use) and the kitchen has everything that you need. Her place is quiet and peaceful. I went to relax after a long drive and it was exactly what I was looking for. Vegas strip is really close by and there are bunch of nice restaurants near by. I highly recommend this place for your next visit to Las Vegas.

We went to the celebrate my wife's birthday. She was very skeptical about the place, but once we got there it was just perfect. We asked the front desk if they have a room with a view and they happily provided us an available one they had. The location is simple perfect, it is so close to the Belagio and in the heart of the Strip. I am coming back on Vegas again soon and they will be my first option for my next stay for sure!

Amazing and peaceful stay. I would choose this location over a hotel at the strip any day, the location was away from the traffic and super peaceful at night. The place was very clean and clutter free, I brought my own personal care items but Tony had everything at the air b n b just in case. Tony was very flexible with an extra day I had requested. The covered parking was a plus! Definitely recommend for couples looking for a place to rest their heads without the noise.

Definitely a place to come back to. Walkable to the action, a restful time at the pool, or stay in like your home working. We used the cookware for breakfast/lunch and joined the strip for the abundance of dinner options. Clean and easy check in and out.

This particular unit at Palms Place was the very best I've seen. Its panoramic view of Las Vegas is complimented nicely by the pool views from both balconies. The one bedroom is fashionably furnished identical to the other one bedroom units in the hotel, which I love , along with some upgraded lighting in the kitchen & bathrooms. Unlike other units, this one is well appointed with plenty of glassware, plates, silverware, etc. Everything you'd want for entertaining or for a longer stay. The 3 air conditioning units work perfectly and the one-touch fireplace adds some charm and ambiance you don't often see in Las Vegas. Both the king bed & fold-out sofa are unusually comfortable and with the black-out blinds, I could sleep for days. Check-in was easy, like checking in at any 4.5 star hotel, and communication with the owners was amazing. They care about your stay and are readily available if you need them. If I could chose only one unit to stay in at Palms Place, this is the one.

Perfect place to be in Vegas if you don’t want to spend a fortune. The apartment is very well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, the host is friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The place is close to the airport but we didn’t hear the planes. We got more than we expected.

Joel has an amazing place in Las vegas. When we walked in to the house, it makes us feel like a cozy home. The unit is located in a gated community. We feel safe to stay here since there is security driving around the community daily. Joel also provides snacks as well as bottles water. It was very hot during the time we visited, and found that so nice to have cool bottle water inside the fridge. The unit provided laundry machine, so we can wash our clothes during the stay. ( detergent and drying sheets are provided as well) We will definitely stay here again when we back in town.

Our stay was for our 10 year anniversary when we entered the room is was decorated for us with a goody bag. the pictures don't even do the room justice. it was sooo beautiful. The was so comfortable it was the best sleep I've had in a while. the resort was amazing we was still finding new food spots there the day we was leaving. I definitely recommend this stay. Dearie and Sela was amazing and very helpful. We will definitely come back.
