Tim's place was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. He even went out and got me a coffee pot for my stay! TIm's place was comfortable and welcoming. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely stay here.

Great place in a nice area with new buildings and lots of restaurants. The little front patio was ideal for my puppies. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is right off the street so I had to use my ear plugs as there were cars going by at night but it was ok for a short stay. Vince was friendly and responsive.

Our stay in Lyndale’s place was fantastic! Right across the street from the fashion shopping mall, but also within walking distance to old town, 5th street shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it was very peaceful. The space was extremely clean and quiet. The host was very responsive and all instructions for check in and parking were clear and easy to follow. It was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone!

Amazing stay!!! Close to so many great restaurants and shops, very spacious and clean, and the host was very friendly as well as responsive! Anything we needed he was ready to help, which I greatly appreciated. Not to mention how affordable it was! I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting Phoenix!

Spencer’s apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was located near the down town area of Tempe so there were a lot of amazing things to access in the area. This truly was a luxury apartment and all the amenities, including the pool and courtyard games were so much enjoyable. Spencer was a great host and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Easy with parking and close enough to restaurants, airport, and entertainment. Clean and spacious, I would Stay again.

Scottsdale Park is a great place to stay. It was clean, comfortable and very quiet. It had several amenities to enjoy. We needed an after hours check in and before hours check out and they were very flexible and accommodating. They were very prompt in answering any questions we had. We definitely would stay here again.

Great stay and experience here! Cyrus was helpful and quick to respond, instructions were clear once received prior to check in. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, homey, private and intimate place to get away. Well worth the price, the complex is nice, modern and quiet for the most part, short drive to old town Scottsdale and Tempe marketplace, and the airport. Will definitely keep this place in mind for any future weekend getaways and recommend to others. :)

Hey so that you are not blind sided you do have to pay a $250 deductible Fee that can take up to 7-14days to return after your stay. My check process was a lil lengthy only because I was attempting to check in early.Other then that it is a nice place to stay downtown Phoenix . A great view,evening is walking distance , and building is very secure for safety for the most part.

I absolutely love the close commute from the airport. As well as staff for the accommodation of arrival and check out. The amenities were amazing 10/10

The place was perfect! It was comfortable and had a lot of amenities. The condo was clean and spacious. Julia and Billy were very proactive, responsive, and friendly. The neighbors were friendly. I don't have one complaint. I will be visiting Phoenix regularly and will book this place again if it is open.

My wife and I really loved this condo. POOLS Both pools are so close. Jacuzzi water was HOT how I like it. CONDO Clean, comfortable, room for luggage, every amenity you can think of in case you forgot something. We even had to email Callista when we left. We forgot to check the name and type of mattress that was because we are buying it soon! ACCESS Easy access to the 101, Talking Stick Casino, Walmart, shops, restaurants, and my favorite Sweetwaters Tea. The condo is just in a prime location. Sad to leave.

For a first time being in Arizona this spot was perfect. I love the kitchen opened up to the living room so you can watch tv while cooking if you wanted to. The bathroom was nice. The bedroom was comfortable. Most of all loved the washer and dryer in the apartment (if you know the struggle of laundromat’s you know). The host were very attentive and i loved that they had activities you can pay to do. Overall they made my boyfriend and I experience great and would definitely book again :)

An awesome experience!! The balcony view was gorgeous, the interior was cozy, and the atmosphere was excellent! 10/10 would stay here again :)
