Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Épernay

We were 3 couples staying, we really enjoyed the stay , Everything is extremely clean , the surroundings are very peaceful .just what you need to switch off . Florence is very friendly and extremely responsive. We highly recommend staying here and I’m sure we will come back .

What a beautiful location! It is a unique and characteristic building, where we immediately felt very comfortable. It has a wonderful garden with a private swimming pool, which is a real treat. Our daughter, just 1 year old, could learn to walk in the garden 🙂 The accommodation is in the small village of Roucy, from where you can drive up the champagne route and into the beautiful surroundings. We have enjoyed very much and would love to come back again. Thank you Régine!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. A Nice garden with BBQ and pool🤩. We even bought some Champagne from the owners that tasted Great! Would recommend!

Such lovely hosts and a brilliant place! we were three friends and right at home. Delphine and Olivier were super friendly and helpful. The house was spacious, clean, well equipped, very comfortable. There are lots of champagne houses in Damery - we had a tour of Caillez-Lemaire (Next door), which was fantastic. We had a brilliant stay. Thank you!

We were blown away by the very high standard of accommodation and decor. It was immaculately clean and was obviously well looked after, both inside and in the wonderful courtyard garden area outside. We loved it. When we arrived Sandrine had left a few tasty morsels along with their house champagne, which we all very much enjoyed. So much so that we ordered a few bottles more their 'Special' Brut. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les Chapitres and both Sandrine and Jean Robert were wonderful hosts.

Diana and Julien have created a little piece of paradise. The accommodation is beautiful, the plants make the whole thing very cozy and the steam bath and whirlpool provide a luxurious feeling. They were very responsive to messages. We were very satisfied and would have liked to stay longer.

Very nice and comfortable house. Ideal for those who want to unwind: the house is located in a small village of 50 people where silence reigns!!

Thank you Marin. The unit is very close to the station and the Main Street of Epernay. Walk everywhere easily. The photos show the place fairly. If anything, the terrace is even nicer than the photos and makes the place seem much bigger. You will not be disappointed staying here.

We had a very nice stay at Léo & Pierre's, thank you for that. The apartment is a small gem in the middle of Reims, very clean and with a wonderful terrace, which we enjoyed very much. The host was always very responsive to requests. We would come back.

This was a super apartment for two. There was masses of space, the garden terrace was private and large and the car was parked in a garage accessible internally straight from the apartment. This is on the doorstep of Reims and Epernay, and in the heart of champagne country. On top of everything, Marie-Christine was charming, thoughtful and supportive. My wife and I I agreed that this was a special one.

Christophe's stay is really great. Much more beautiful than in the photos. Very nicely decorated and very close to the center.

Our stay at Hervè's apartment was wonderful. He and Claudine were very welcoming. On arrival, they invited us to share a glass of their own champagne with them (we ended up buying 2 bottles to bring home!) The private courtyard where we could park our car and enjoy the sunshine was very pleasant and peaceful. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful village and surrounding vineyards. The local boulangerie offers some fantastic pastries, quiches and bread (also coffee) and they are also very friendly. The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable. The photos do not do it justice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Léa and Mavzer. The apartment is very nice and spacious. It is in the center of Reims but is super well insulated so you can sleep well without hearing noise. The beds were made with fresh bedding, the apartment was neatly cleaned and there are tips for excursions and restaurants. Communication with the owners was also very smooth whenever we had questions. The reception is done by the restaurant next to the apartment and that also went very smoothly and pleasantly. There is an underground, affordable parking lot near the apartment. This location is really recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Séverine's in Reims. The apartment is very quiet to the courtyard, where the car could also be parked. On foot, you were in the center in less than 20 minutes. A small bakery (coffee, cake, croissants) is just around the corner. Thank you for the great welcome and the nice apartment!

Very good hosting by Romain, pleasant and very friendly host. We could only stay one night in the area for an early appointment the next morning in Reims. The check-in and check-out times did not cause Romain any concern. The Jacuzzi is a real plus and is very nice following an extended journey.

Emmanuel was extremely responsive and helpful. The unit was in great shape and perfectly fit our needs. It is on a side street that is quiet and peaceful, but it is less than a 5-minute walk to numerous restaurants, patisseries, boulangeries, fromageries, charcuteries and even a biscuiterie. Wonderful home base for a vacation in Reims!

It was a pleasant stay. A nice small and clean apartment near the center of Reims (15 min walk). You have everything you need, including a small garden. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome with picking up a key at another location. Finally, the bed was a bit small for 2 people, I think around 140 cm wide. The hosts respond quickly if there is anything. Definitely recommended to stay here!

Great location - walkable to all of Ave de Champagne and Centre-Ville. Raynald was immediately responsive and willing to work with us on check-in time. The space was comfortable with plenty of space. Felt like home - we were able to relax immediately.

We loved our weekend in this apartment - wished we could have stayed longer. Balcony was perfect for evening drinks and location within walking distance of the Cathedral, restaurants and bars and, crucially for us, several champagne houses! Olivier was a great host with lots of proactive communication. He informed us that the shutters were stuck and I was concerned that this would make the room really hot, so he put fans in the rooms, which definitely helped when it was 30+C outside. V secure method for getting keys and entering the property. Would love to return - will definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Reims.

Great apartment in Reims. Super clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. I rode my bike into the centre of town in just over 10 minutes.

This was by far the best place we've stayed in Reims and one of the best in France. Anne-Sophie and Damien are wonderful hosts. Damien met us on arrival, showed us where to park (a huge plus in this city!), and introduced us to their lovely apartment. It is beautifully stocked (champagne, water, coffee pods, bath supplies) and perfectly laid out. The bathroom is big, the shower wonderful, the bed comfortable (and very quiet when sleeping). We walked almost everywhere, and there are tons of excellent restaurants within 10 minutes. We didn't use the outdoor terrace, but it's very nice as well. There is clothing storage. The hosts provided a nice book with restaurant recommendations. We highly recommend this apartment and can't wait to return to this beautiful city!
