Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Épinay-sur-Seine

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

Really nice and quiet location and it was exactly the same as shown in the photos. The house is near the train stations so you can easily get to the centre of the city. Also, J.O. was amazing, the communication was quick and clear and there were drinks waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. I recommend 😊💯

The stay was great. The accommodation was very private & beautiful. Jessica was also very easy to reach & extremely helpful. Everything was there, from dishes to pots to bed linen & washing machine. Even washing powder, if you don't have allergies, you could have used it. A small booklet in the living area also had a few tips on activities & explanations about the house. Unfortunately, only in French, but quickly translated with modern technology. Simply take a photo and have it translated from your mobile phone. The park is not very far, with views over Paris & neighborhood is quite quiet. If you want to go to Paris, for example, to the Eiffel Tower, it takes almost an hour by bus & train. But the connection is good & cheap. For Germans, the loud heating when showering was rather unusual, because of the thin walls. But it didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable and are very satisfied.

Accommodation as described, perfect for a couple! No worries about parking in the street. A small peaceful corner close to Paris, we recommend it!

Peace and quiet and yet close to Paris. By train, you can get there in 40 minutes for €2.50. Train station can be reached within 5 minutes. Apartment does have low ceilings so if you are above 175cm tall, you have to bend over in the doors. Everything is in the apartment so only bring your own clothes. Thank you for a cozy stay.

The house is very welcoming and spacious, especially the office and the bedrooms. 1 table and 6 chairs in the dining room and the same in the garden, leaving the possibility of eating outside without constraint. The positive points: 2 of the rooms offer a very convenient adjoining room. All the necessary products were available (washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, tea towels, etc.) and the kitchen is well-equipped (including 3 coffee machines!). The TV benefits from the channels of a box. The presence of 2 toilets is a plus and the garden is very pleasant. Lionel was very available and responsive. Less positive points: The stairs creak but do not disturb sleep (even for light sleepers like me) and an organization is necessary for showers with only one bathroom for 6. These small details did not spoil the stay and the house was very much appreciated by everyone! I would recommned this property.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Well organized clean place to stay in a quite building.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

We had a wonderful stay at Marie-Bénédicte's! A beautiful apartment, where you will find everything you need, a pool that offers a little relaxation after the exhausting city tour and loving care by excellent hosts (always approachable, a filled refrigerator) - nothing is left to be desired. Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

Excellent apartments in a nice little town 20 minutes' drive from the center of Paris. Nearby is the central street with beautiful bakeries and nice cafes. Everything matched the description, snow-white bedding, well-equipped kitchen, clean, cozy as home. Quick communication with the host.

I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

If you go Paris by car, this is the place you want to go to. Lying on the outskirts of Paris in a quiet neighbourhood, Ludovic's flat offers a place to unwind while being able to access the city centre within 30min by public transport. The place was super clean and spacious. When it comes to communications, Ludovic was there to assist whenever i needed him. All in all, i would go back if I had to travel to Paris again

My dad had a great stay at Cherif and Karima's. Impeccable welcome, they made him very comfortable and are always there if you need anything. The accommodation is very nice and very clean. The bed is comfortable, there is everything you need to have a good stay and the small terrace is very nice. There are shops / parks nearby. There's nothing else to say. Thanks again for hosting. Anne’s place is just as she describes (think Emily in Paris vibes 😊). It’s a cute little apartment, great for solo/couple. Has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and is steps away from metro station which makes it super convenient to access all of Paris! I had the best time there and would definitely come back again. Thank you Anne for the lovely stay and recommendations to go around!

Laurent was extremely helpful, for example, in expaining best public transport options to get to places. Always answered very promptly any/all questions eg where to park. Do book this house if you like 1970’s design classics, want to be in a real home in a very nice area (lovely houses to look at when walking to Lake or train station). Don’t book this house if you are expecting a bland, characterless place with no quirks. The stairs, for instance, are a little tricky especially if more than one person using them. We failed to understand that the water pressure being low was an eco friendly thing - think can increase it if wanted! The house is in a ‘real’ part of town - not a tourist ghetto - so no loud partying outside to upset the neighbours!

We had a lovely stay here- the rooms were beautiful and suitable for the 8 of us. The terrace and balcony looked like the pictures and were great places to enjoy views and chill. The facilities were good and there were clear instructions for access to property. Regarding the location there were lovely views from the terrace and balcony however would say we were limited for the nicer restaurants and shops. Otherwise we had a great stay and the host was very friendly and accommodating. It was worth the price.
