Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Épinay-sur-Seine

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Première impression à l'entrée du logement, un ensemble moderne, fonctionnel et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandions vivement et si besoin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Quel havre de paix cette petite maison d’un quartier pavillonnaire de la banlieue de Paris: un jardin très confidentiel, à 15min à pied du RER C soit 40 min de Paris. Nous avons été reçu avec beaucoup de flexibilité par Océane qui nous a laissé des boissons fraîches dans le frigo et des snacks, la maison était extrêmement propre, et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse au soleil avec aucun vis-à-vis, en étant en sécurité (portail fermé à clé, caméra extérieure). Les chambres sont spacieuses, l’une d’elles avec une jolie cheminée, le salon a été décoré avec goût. Océane laisse plein de produits de bain ce qui est pratique pour les voyageurs en avion. Nous avons pu profiter du calme du quartier qui nous a permis de dormir paisiblement. En Uber cela nous a pris le soir 30 min pour arriver depuis Paris. Nous apprécions particulièrement les échanges et la résolution rapide d’Oceane qui a répondu immédiatement quand on a eu un souci de connection au wifi et qui l’a réglé. À bientôt et merci

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr privat & schön. Auch Jessica war sehr gut erreichbar & äußerst hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, von Geschirr über Töpfe bis hin zu Bettwäsche & Waschmaschine. Sogar Waschpulver, wer keine Allergie hat, hätte es nutzen können. Ein kleines Heft im Wohnbereich hatte auch ein paar Tipps zu Unternehmungen & Erklärungen zum Haus. Leider nur auf französisch, aber mit moderner Technik schnell übersetzt. Einfach fotografieren und vom Handy übersetzten lassen. Der Park ist nicht sehr weit, mit Blick über Paris & Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig. Wenn man nach Paris z.B. zum Eifelturm will dauert es fast eine Stunden mit Bus & Bahn. Aber die Anbindung ist gut & günstig. Für Deutsche eher gewöhnungsbedürftig war die laute Heizung beim Duschen, wegen der dünnen Wände. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben und ganz wohl gefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden.

Logement conforme à la description, parfait pour un couple ! Aucun souci pour se stationner dans la rue. Un petit coin paisible proche de Paris, nous recommandons !

Rust en ruimte en toch dichtbij Parijs. Met de trein ben je er in 40 minuten voor €2,50. Station binnen 5 minuten bereikbaar. Appartement heeft wel lage plafonds dus als je boven de 175cm lang bent dan moet je bukken in de deuren. Alles is wel in de appartement dus alleen je eigen kleding meenemen. Bedankt voor een gezellige verblijf.

La maison est très accueillante et spacieuse, notamment le bureau et les chambres. 1 table et 6 chaises dans la salle à manger et la même chose dans le jardin, laissant la possibilité de manger dehors sans contrainte. Les points positifs : 2 des chambres proposent une chambre annexe très pratique. Tous les produits nécessaires étaient à disposition (liquide vaisselle, tablettes lave-vaisselle, sopalin, torchons...) et la cuisine est bien équipée (dont 3 cafetières !). La télé bénéficie des chaînes d'une box. La présence de 2 toilettes est un plus et le jardin est très agréable. Lionel s'est montré très disponible et réactif. Les points moins positifs : Les escaliers grincent mais ne gênent pas le sommeil pour autant (même pour les gens au sommeil léger comme moi) et une organisation est nécessaire pour les douches avec une seule salle de bain pour 6. Ces petits détails n'ont pour autant rien gâché au séjour et la maison a été très appréciée à l'unanimité ! Je recommande ce logement !

Très bon logement pour loger à proximité de l'aéroport ! Sandra est très réactive et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires à notre arrivée en autonomie. De plus le jardin et la petite terasse sont vraiment appréciables. Je recommande !

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Maison bien adaptée à des groupes car beaucoup de chambres , ce qui est agréable. Le quartier est calme et il y a quelques commerces à proximité ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Olivier

J'ai été très satisfait de mon séjour dans ce logement. L'appartement était conforme à la description et très propre. L'arrivée et le départ se sont déroulés sans aucun problème. Je recommande vivement cette location pour son excellent rapport qualité-prix. N'hésitez pas à réserver, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Sehr netter Kontakt und eine wirklich schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Marie-Bénédicte! Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, in der man alles vorfindet, was man braucht, ein Pool, der ein bisschen Erholung nach der anstrengenden Stadtbesichtigung bietet und eine liebevolle Betreuung durch exzellente Gastgeber (jederzeit ansprechbar, ein gefüllter Kühlschrank) - da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Lieben Dank, liebe Marie-Bénédicte, wir haben alles an deinem cosy Ferienhäuschen geliebt, und wenn wir je nach Paris zurückkehren, dann muss es ein Aufenthalt bei dir sein. Liebe Grüße Claudia

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

If you go Paris by car, this is the place you want to go to. Lying on the outskirts of Paris in a quiet neighbourhood, Ludovic's flat offers a place to unwind while being able to access the city centre within 30min by public transport. The place was super clean and spacious. When it comes to communications, Ludovic was there to assist whenever i needed him. All in all, i would go back if I had to travel to Paris again

Mon papa a passé un super séjour Chez Cherif et Karima. Accueil impeccable , ils l’ont mis très à l’aise et sont toujours là si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Le logement est très joli et très propre. Le lit est confortable , il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour et la petite terrasse est très appréciable. À proximité il y a des commerces / parcs. Il n’y a rien à redire. Merci encore pour votre accueil. Nous réserverons à nouveau c’est sur ! À très bientôt Cindy et Jean-Louis.

Anne’s place is just as she describes (think Emily in Paris vibes 😊). It’s a cute little apartment, great for solo/couple. Has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and is steps away from metro station which makes it super convenient to access all of Paris! I had the best time there and would definitely come back again. Thank you Anne for the lovely stay and recommendations to go around!

Laurent was extremely helpful, for example, in expaining best public transport options to get to places. Always answered very promptly any/all questions eg where to park. Do book this house if you like 1970’s design classics, want to be in a real home in a very nice area (lovely houses to look at when walking to Lake or train station). Don’t book this house if you are expecting a bland, characterless place with no quirks. The stairs, for instance, are a little tricky especially if more than one person using them. We failed to understand that the water pressure being low was an eco friendly thing - think can increase it if wanted! The house is in a ‘real’ part of town - not a tourist ghetto - so no loud partying outside to upset the neighbours!

Emanuel’s place is perfect for our family’s vacation. It has everything we need for a comfortable space. Emanuel is accommodating and quick to respond to our queries. The space has modern features and the amenities listed were all there as described. There are stores nearby for our essential needs. We are pleased with our stay and we are thankful for Emanuel for hosting us.
