After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

The accommodation features a large bed and a sofa bed, making it ideal for couples, friends, or families with two children. The cozy, bright apartment "Gretis Landhaus Suite" (61.0 m² + 24 m² terrace) is located on the first floor, has a bedroom, a bathroom, a day toilet, a private Finnish sauna, a whirlpool, a fireplace, a terrace, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Linens, towels and hand towels are also provided.

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.
