The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

The chic renovated apartment is on the 3rd floor of a listed building in the middle of the quiet idyllic village center of the small wine village of Missian. From all windows and from the balcony you can enjoy a unique view of the surrounding mountains, the vineyards, valleys, and the nearby castles. There is a small supermarket and bus stop just a 2-minute walk away. The place is also an ideal base for small hikes and cycling trips.

Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.
