Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Epping Forest

Rukayat was super responsive and very helpful when checking in. The place is free of clutter, and was very clean. It’s easily within walking distance of Canning Town Station which is super convenient. Could maybe do with the addition of a tea towel to dry plates and cups used, and the arm of the sofa was a bit broken, but considering the price, the convenience, and having all other amenities we needed, we really can’t complain. Thank you for having us, we will probably be back soon!

This was a great space for a group of three of us who were in town for a wedding weekend. Having a cozy place to stay with ironing board, hair dryer, and everything else we needed was so great. Option to drop bags a couple hours before check in was also a huge help.

A great host and a lovely place close to e rything including transportation. David was nice enough to accommodate my early checkin request. the place is great for 2 people with lots of light. He is proactive and provided us with everything we needed to know of his place and the surroundings. thanks.

This place was amazing! So much space in all the living areas and was a great experience being in a Victorian flat. We will definitely be back if we're ever visiting London again.

Beautiful apartment - very clean, well equipped, and spacious with lots of light and style, and peaceful location! The only thing we could have asked for but didn’t (because we assumed the issue couldn’t be fixed during our stay) is that the shower head isn’t well placed, and the temperature for the water took some figuring out to get right. It seemed a bit sensitive. But overall it was a really great stay, and if the shower issues get fixed, then the place is perfect! Thanks, Gianluca!

Fantastic stay! Hugh was very friendly and responsive and the best a host could be. He took my concerns seriously and was very nice. Perfect host! The place was neat, had everything we needed (wifi, a washing machine, the shower was perfect pressure!). Super easy to get in (Hugh left great instructions and maps) and the location had a lot of convenient spots (such as a Sainsburies, Iceland, a very cute sunflower cafe! And two tube stations either side) I definitely recommend using the suffragette line over the central to get there. The only downside is the neighbour we had- as he was loud at early hours. Of course you can't choose the neighbours you get but If staying here I reccomend staying with one or two friends/family members. Other than that neighbour, the area was relatively quiet and had plenty of take out options for when you're tired after a long day Thank you Hugh!

We had a wonderful stay at james place! easy check in, room as described, milk, tea coffee etc ..bed very comfortable bright airy, tv area with netflix disney...James is super friendly & Our stay was made extra special because of his cats, Elsa was a delight 😊 and we were allowed to see the kittens & cattery room, if you like cats it's heaven 💕 we will definitely be back thankyou x

Had an amazing time at Neil’s. He’s super nice, kind and helpful, the place is exactly as described and in a very nice and quiet area. Felt right at home as soon as I got in and had the pleasure to spend some time with his adorable cat Bentley, super cute, super cuddly! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend my days in London. I highly recommend it if you’re planning your stay in London and I will definitely be back next time I’m in the city! Neil's place was just what I needed for working on College Lane campus of Herts uni. it was a 15 min walk, close to Aldi and Asda too and in a quiet area with a lovely garden. I met Neil briefly after he sent clear instructions and a video on how to get in. He labels the guest rooms with your name so no confusion as to where to sleep! having a kitchen available was great for a 3 day stay, everything was clean although the Internet struggled a bit at times but not a big deal. Thanks Neil.

Earlier check-in was available when Sivan knew of our arrival time at Euston. After a short tube ride, the walk from the station to the flat has various take aways and shops for pretty much anything you need. The private garden has solar lighting and furniture to sit out after hours of walking around, shopping and siteseeing in town. A great place to stay, quiet street, didn't see any neighbours. There were two of us, however plenty of room if there were four. Haven't been to London for many years, but Sivan's flat enhanced the experience. It gave us the opportunity to relax in peaceful comfort at the end of long days. If we do the trip again I'd certainly check if the flat was available before looking elsewhere.

We had a fantastic stay at Matthew’s place! The location was perfect, easy access to trains and bus routes, easy check in and very comfy beds! Matthew’s communication with instructions for check in were very handy and the space was spotlessly clean. The weather was perfect to make use of the terrace. We will definitely look to stay here again!

I absolutely loved my stay in Valeria’s apartment! Lots of nice amenities, the bathtub was a highlight. Great location, near many good restaurants. I highly recommend!

I stayed here nearly a week and really enjoyed the apartment. Had everything we needed, the train station is directly below which made getting everywhere so easy!. Would recommend!

Very acommodating host, got some fans for us during a hot stay in the summer. Answers fast and helpful, area is great close to many reataurants, bars and shops as well as the station for further travel into London.

A nice, convenient appartment in a fairly quiet area. Public transport is just around the corner. With more than 20 AirBnb bookings, this one had one of the best beds, and probably the best shower of all.

I stayed in Ari's apartment for five nights in December, and I would love to come back. The apartment is spacious with a good view, but still quiet and peaceful. The living room is very comfortable for resting and relaxing, and the balcony felt like a fabulous extra room. The heating and air conditioning was very responsive, and I was comfortable throughout my trip, which included a few very cold days. Ari is a fantastic host who worked with my schedule -- even with a few last minute changes on my end. This is a great place to stay if you're planning to work in or walk around Shoreditch or City of London, or need to be near Liverpool Street Station or the Northern Line.
