Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.

The ground floor has a beautiful view of Lake Pusiano, with a terrace where you can have lunch, dinner, sunbathe or enjoy the view. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a walk-in closet. There are 3 bathrooms in the house, 2 of which have showers.
