You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Perfectly placed in the historic heart of Dinan, this beautifully renovated city centre apartment is situated at the top of the famous medieval street, 'The Jerzual'. Dinan's restaurants, shops and historic buildings are just a few steps away. This second floor apartment has one (double) bedroom and a fold-down bed/setee. The stylish kitchen has all new appliances and the apartment is equipped with security doors and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

The house has everything for a comfortable holiday. It is 68 m2, includes a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. It can accommodate 4 people. There is wifi and a washing machine. This rental has a private outdoor area with garden and an alfresco terrace. Not far from the sea, Lake Guerlédan, Saint Malo and the forest of Brocéliande. Parking space is available on the property. It is possible to bring 2 horses (vaccinated)

Romantic storytelling house

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.

What about enjoying the cosy atmosphere of a house by a lake! Wake up with birds, enjoy fishing (possibility of renting the pond) or walk amongst beautiful paths through the fields and the forest.
