Excellent welcome, flexible check-in, family is available and responds quickly to messages. Spacious and comfortable accommodation, very well appointed, two terraces. Quiet neighborhood, convenience stores and restaurants nearby, enough to spend relaxing evenings after visiting the beautiful city of Mantova which benefits from being discovered. I am delighted with my stay and highly recommend the apartment offered by Arber.

Great apartment, especially loved the downstairs entertainment room! Everything was very clean and the apartment was very well equipped. The communication with the owner was really fast and he was very helpful. Great location as well regarding restaurants and other attractions in Mantova.

Niccoló's house is great, there are a lot of convenient facilities nearby (tobacco shop, gas station, supermarket, restaurant and ice cream shop), his response was also timely, and he agreed to our early check-in, thank you very much; and at 10pm, he still replied to our message in time. However, this listing may not be convenient for walking, it takes 30 minutes to walk, and the road is actually a bike lane, and you need to walk across the viaduct.There are two bus stops near the address, and it is convenient to take the bus, but the bus in Mantova only runs until 9pm.We tried to call a taxi in Mantova, but we tried to call for more than ten minutes, but only got an automated reply.This is not a problem with the house itself, but I think other residents who want to stay in this listing can pay attention to this problem. Also, the balcony of Niccolo's house is very comfortable, and I highly recommend his listing.

Great accommodation located in a very quiet area, the historic center of Mantua is easily accessible in a few minutes. Spacious and very clean apartment, I highly recommend it to the next guests.
