Modern Erie Home - Walk to Downtown!

There aren't many options in the area, so our expectations were low - but boy oh boy were we pleasantly surprised. Location is perfectly in the middle of Erie (which is to say, on the main block). The alley is never too busy - even with restaurants playing loud music outdoors and the occasional garbage truck, it was silent inside the apartment. We had some family stop by just to meet up before going to dinner and they said it's the nicest little airbnb they've ever seen and are now thinking of building a similar garage/apartment for their in-laws. Cheaper, cleaner, and more comfy than most hotels - especially with two bathrooms. I whole-heartedly recommend this place for anyone coming to the Erie area and looking for a place to stay. I was a dummy and went to the main house (though it says clearly in the instructions to go to the alley) and the management team helped my right away to realize my mistake and were super polite about my careless reading. Overall loved it!

One of my favorite AirBnBs to date. Beautiful and peaceful fenced property at the end of a dead end road. So quiet! My dog enjoyed having room to roam and meeting Jon’s dogs. Very nice place to stay near Boulder. About 10-15 drive to downtown but close to Gunbarrel which has shopping and restaurants. Clear check in and expectations, room is clean and comfortable, there is a nice walk just down the street with great views, family is friendly and helpful. Good value, I recommend.
