Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Erie County

A beautiful area of lovely homes. The place is compact with everything you need - just a short drive to Niagara Falls. If possible, definitely go to the Canadian side - the views and experience are astonishing. Our hosts were very hospitable.

Great spot on a quiet street close to Elmwood Ave. with lots of restaurants and small businesses. Ibrahim was friendly and responsive throughout.

This house was very nice with plenty of space for our family of 4 - could have easily fit 8 people pretty comfortably. House was certainly an old home that came with some quirks, but was nicely renovated and fully stocked with helpful items, kitchen was very nice with great quality appliances. Backyard was a great little oasis with a cool spot to relax, grill and eat an outdoor dinner. 25 mins to Niagara Falls, which was our main reason for visiting the Buffalo area. Host was responsive and helpful. The location is on a fairly busy road which was good and bad. A decent amount of constant vehicular traffic, but also very easy to get to places. Would recommend this house for a large family or a couple small families looking to visit the Buffalo/Niagara area.

My husband and I decided on a whim to go to Niagara Falls for the weekend. After searching unsuccessfully for hotels that were up to standard we came across Carriage House. The place was super cute, modern, and clean. It was in a central location, so getting to the Falls, local restaurants etc. was not a problem at all. Having a garage was also a huge plus! The host was communicative and instructions and expectations were clear. You’d be wise to pick this spot. Just do it. ☺️ We’d definitely stay here again.

Very cute and family friendly stay, would recommend this place for anyone visiting Buffalo, house is clean and had everything you need nice and ready. Hosts were great and had good communication. 10/10 will come back when back in town again.

Beautiful, peaceful spot with a big backyard and gorgeous view. Enjoyed watching Sarah’s horses feed on the grass in the pasture next to the backyard. Even got to feed them some apples! The location is very convenient and only a few minute drive to East Aurora village. Sarah was a great host!

Matt & Lauren's place is such a gem in Buffalo. We stayed there for a weekend, and we felt right at home. The place home is super spacious, clean, and quiet. We appreciated the wonderful kitchen where we were able to prepare and share meals. We also appreciated the location, which is walkable to downtown, Allentown, and Elmwood Village, so we actually didn't drive a single time during our stay. Matt and Lauren left clear instruction and were otherwise accommodating. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you!

This is an awesome place to stay. I really loved all the nice touches, the beautiful kitchen, the comfortable bed, the charming bathroom. It was very easy to find, the building it's self is lovely. The stairs are a little bit of a challenge (for me), but when I wasn't carrying luggage they were no issue at all. (I'm not young). I would love to stay at Ezra's again next year.

Great apartment set opposite a leafy park at the edge of a the lake, perfect parking space gives you freedom to roam. Coffee on the front porch was a great start to the day with the neighbours warm hello. Felt like home fir a few days. Highly recommended

Dennis and Cheryl were very kind, respectful hosts. They were very responsive and helpful. They live in a house on site and they were very respectful of our space. They had a dog that was so friendly and sweet that my 3 year old loved and they were kind enough to let us play with her. It was peaceful and quiet. Beds were very comfortable! They even had everything we could’ve needed including extra toiletries and snacks for arrival following a stressful airport experience. We would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Audrey & Nick’s place! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We were in town to see family, and this was the perfect home base. The space was even better than expected—beautifully maintained and in a great location. Audrey & Nick were wonderful hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely want to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

We had a problem downloading the appt to get in the front door , contacted Greg and got an immediate response . Everything was exactly how it was on the posting . About 30 mins from Niagara Falls .

The Air B&B was amazing, super clean and updated. Lots to do around town the town and will be booking it again next time we travel down to buffalo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space is much bigger than it appears in photos and we appreciated the privacy of having our own place to retreat back to after a long days spent exploring Elmwood Village and Allentown. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen and tons of interesting books and games (including a dartboard!). Thanks for being great hosts and we look forward to returning the next time we visit Buffalo.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and just as pictured. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process easy. The location was perfect quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at Jon's place went exceptionally well. He provided plenty of good advice ahead of time and was very thorough in all his communication. Gave great recommendations for things to do, bars and restaurants, etc. We really appreciated his upfront communication, and he was always available when/if we needed anything. I don’t know where to start about Chris. I wish everybody that owned an Airbnb was as great as him. I really appreciate everything he did. I recommend anybody to use this location when you’re staying in Buffalo.

Very spacious and neat stay , probably 8 mins from Niagara Falls park. Unfortunately it is located in a sketchy neighborhood. We had a good stay tho just beware gives off hood vibes

Came to Buffalo to for a graduation weekend and this spot checked off everything my family and I needed for our stay. The place was spacious and the living room was my fav spot to stay in given the terrace which we had its doors open to let in the fresh air. Jessica and Sean were very responsive and attending to our needs whenever we reached out and were very welcoming. The neighborhood was also very peaceful and quiet; on a walk I saw kids selling lemonade so that was refreshing, literally cuz it was hot out.

We stayed at this location a few times. It’s always been excellent. Scott is a great host. The unit is pristine. We really appreciate how he goes out of his way. Highly recommend.
