Das wunderschöne Apartment liegt im idyllischen Berlin Friedrichshagen. Es ist vollständig renoviert und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche mit Essbereich und einem Badezimmer. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Garten mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 15 min am Ostkreuz und in der Innenstadt. Berlin Friedrichshagen zeichnet sich durch eine besonders hohe Lebensqualität, viele Restaurants und Bars aus. Der Müggelsee ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Wir vermieten eine geräumige, einfach ausgestattete Wohnung mit zwei großen Zimmern, Küche, Bad und Balkon im Dachgeschoss eines alten Hauses am Ufer der Spree vor Berlin. Mitgenutzt werden ein großer, teils wildwüchsiger Garten inklusive zweier Badestellen, Bötchen, Trampolin und zwei Rädern. Außerdem kann man hier und von hier aus z.B.: wandern, radeln, angeln, kochen, grillen, nichts tun, malen, musizieren (in Absprache laut), in ein selbst mitgebrachtes Ding starren, in Ruhe arbeiten.

The apartment is ideal for guests who want to experience Berlin, but also want to relax and enjoy the lake view The Regio [regional train] runs 25 minutes to the city center.
