We would like to welcome you to our cozy and quietly located apartment in the countryside in the district of Pleißa. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Jena, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for fun. You can explore the area on many cycling and hiking trails.

A bright, spacious, stylishly furnished apartment awaits you in the Saxon industrial metropolis of Chemnitz. It is an ideal location for visiting the cultural capital of Chemnitz. Be welcome and let yourself be carried away to times long past. There is plenty to discover here. In two minutes on foot you can reach the stop of the city train with the Saxon Railway Museum Chemnitz, from where you can reach the city center in approx. 5 minutes by train to the center.

The highlights of the apartment are a spacious living room with a double bed under the roof (access via a ladder) and an open kitchen-living room. Bed linen and towels as well as basic equipment (toilet paper, dishes and spices) are available. The cozy barbecue area, including charcoal, can be used for cozy hours. We will take care of cleaning the grill. Please note that if you book an overnight stay (1 day) we will add an additional €10 to the total price.

Welcome to our cozy apartment TILDA in Lichtenwalde. Here you can unwind alone or as a couple and relax. The center of Chemnitz is only 8 km away and also easily accessible by bus (stop right outside the door). The beautiful Lichtenwalde Castle and the Baroque garden can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The area is characterized by many hiking trails, forests and quaint restaurants. Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.
