Very private house in a quiet area at the foot of Montgó with a 13.5x4.5 meter pool and Jacuzzi. Sunny all day with a south-facing orientation. A 2-minute walk to a private clinic, supermarket, cafeteria and restaurants. A 3-minute drive to the Golf Course. It has 3 bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. The living room and two of the bedrooms have access to the porch overlooking the pool and landscape. The whole house has air conditioning and heating.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

We planned our entire trip to Spain around this Airbnb, and it did not disappoint. If I could give this 11 or 12 stars, I would. We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and this one has been our favorite. The location absolutely cannot be beat. The rooms were comfortable and the views were truly amazing! Communication with the owners was seamless! I hope we will be able to return someday soon!

Beautiful house, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Do need a car, but you can easily park it behind the automatic gate. Good beds, in the kitchen there is everything you need and more. The pool is wonderful, just not heated. Good to know if you come in winter. We enjoyed it and hope to come back again!

Great place to stay. The kitchen both inside and outside are super well stocked with glassware and pans and all sorts of things that make you feel like you’re at home rather than renting. The location is very nice, theres some very nice walks around and the grounds of the house are very enjoyable.

Delighted with our stay. The reception by them has been very good, with glasses of cava included and an initial briefing. The villa is even better than in the photos. Each corner of the house keeps a special charm. I take care of every last detail. Everything was very clean and modern. It should be noted that the exterior is shared. It is divided into different casitas or rooms, in case there can be confusion before hiring. However this has not been a problem because there is a lot of tranquility and intimacy. We would definitely love to come back and repeat experience!!!

Just like to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the villa and the hospitality and quailty of information of Louise and Dean at white coast propety Management, We have been using villas all over Spain, the Canaries and Baliarics for 20 years, and Los arbloes is by far the best we have stayed in. The cleanliness,quality, and thoughtful touches, along with how tastefully the villa is laid out, is second to none,this villa has everything you need and more, the location and amenities were exactly as advised on the advert, the views are stunning and the villa's location is in a quiet residential area. It was like staying in a home from home. I would definitely recommend staying at Casa Los Arboles,and White coast propoery Management ,and will be booking again In the future.
